Kids are bad, teachers are kind of good. One teacher doesn't know how to teach properly but the rest of the school is amazing. The setup, the teachers, the support. Counselors are amazing<3

they have a bad dean system, if they see your airpods in your ears they take it until 7th period, you cant use your phones, some teachers have attitudes for no reason and when you say something back , YOUR the problem, the bathrooms are nasty all the time , LITERALLY. the boys and girls bathroom by the way. overall its bad

As an 8th grade patriot of the year 2017, I would say this school doesn't give off much of a "shine" as others have and still do. I gave this school a 3 star rating because of the fact that the students at this school majorly effect the overall view on how good the school's performance is doing. The teachers here are AMAZING. Their teaching methods are great, their personalities most of the time make the class a whole lot more of a blast then it would be without them, and the amount of respect they give to their students is what I love most. However some of the students lack a lot of respect for the teachers, and other students. This causes lots of the teacher to show off their bad side and that is something no one wants. Besides the students, the school is amazing and I wish I could spend more time here. The only reason I gave this school a 3 star rating is because of how much some of the other students can get in your way of having fun, while learning. Hopefully some of the future patriots see this and realize that the only reason lots of the teachers may seem mean is only because of the hard time the disrespectful students give the teachers. :)

My student had a great 6th grade year at Liberty. The teachers, staff, principal and families are just awesome. We are looking forward to another great year. It's great to be a Liberty Patriot!

Liberty is an wonderful place for my son! He is both gifted and has a learning disability. In this school we've found both the challenge of accelerated learning via the Cambridge University Magnet program, and the support of wonderful teachers, dean, principal and ESE coordinator. The digital curriculum is much better than lots of paper traveling back and forth. Instead each child is given a chromebook to use at school and home with digital textbooks. Edmodo, Progressbook and Remind are used by all the teachers so with a few keyclicks I know what and how he's doing. The school has a person devoted to anti-bullying and they socialize it among the students so they can help stop it. I was very scared when my son transitioned to middle school but it's been great and he's really flourishing. I can't recommend Liberty enough. Pay attention to the parent ratings they tell the real story. If you're involved your child will do great here!
