The assignments given to the students always have some type of grammatical errors or just flat out has wrong information or wrong answers. This school is obviously asleep at the wheel non of the teachers proof read their assignments and there is high chance the online class will have some type of technical problem. You can really tell how low the budget is for these courses and it hilariously embarrassing for this to be called an actual school.

Our daughter is finishing her senior year (and first year of FLVS Flex) and is achieving better and learning more than she did in her previous schools. She has dyslexia and the teachers have accomodated every request we have asked of them for time to read the assignments. Her motivation is higher, her learning retention is higher, her confidence is soaring because the teachers have been good and supportive to her, even when they've been tough about how to cite in MLA format. She has learned and grown and is making As and Bs. Thank you for not crushing her spirit with unprofessional behavior!

I don't know where to begin, the website is glitchy and broken, it logs you out after a certain amount of time and sometimes arbitrarily. The material itself is confusing and vague, some of it even silly and looks like it should be for 5th graders - I'm a senior, give me a linear explanation. The system to schedule discussion base assessments (phone call about what you learn in the module.) is fine for most teachers, some of the teacher will call you anytime they want in the hour you have reserved making it a little bit annoying. Let me clarify that it is not the teachers, it is the horrible system and broken website. I would recommend any school but this one.

I love FLVS. I started off doing FLVS part time and attending a local school. FLVS classes were the highlight of my day. You can work at your own pace, which is AMAZING considering I have always worked at an accelerated pace. You can listen to music while you work, which helps me tremendously. I love FLVS, and because of FLVS, I graduated high school in 2 years.
