My daughter attended East Lake for one year, during the pandemic, and she absolutely loved it. She was nervous to change schools, especially at that time, and her teachers were loving, caring, and had high expectations. She made a great handful of friends, and it was a very positive experience!

Excelente school , los maestros apoyan y de enfocan mucho en lograr las metas y lograr altos estándares de aprendizaje con los estudiantes . También están pendientes de todo lo que les pueda afectar a los niños dentro de la escuela ,. Tienen muy buenos programas ,. Las tutorías excelentes. Estoy muy contenta con esta escuela por el Nivel de aprendizaje que tienen mis hijos .

I love this school. I love the teachers. I think most of them just don’t have the expertise to deal with children with learning disabilities. They don’t do enough. The children are set up for failure. Frustrating to say the least!!

Office staff are rudeto parents and students alike. Teachers expect you to teach your kid if they are struggling. They look at me like it's my fault for not being involved. I'm sorry that 2 teachers (yes his class has 2) can't get my kid to passing levels in a 8hr a day 5 day a week work week. Someone please explain how this is even a "title 1" school. It's pathetic.

My son had issues on the bus and Indian School and was brought to the attention of the bus driver and assistant principal unknown how it was handled and the outcome of it.But both parties were receptive ti the phone call and my concerns

Both of my children have gone to East Lake and love the school. The staff is amazing and are very caring. I would not have my youngest child finish out Elemenarty school at any other school.

Child safety is not a priority. Front office is very unorganized and the principal seems helpless and over his head. Mr. Rizzo is a nice guy, but he has no authority over his staff . Teachers exhibit a lack of care for the children. My child's reading level dropped two levels in two years. Limited after school programs. Parents often discuss the lack of educational scope and growth in the children.

My daughter has been assisting this school for the past 6 years. The staff and principal are conscious of the children's need. They (kids and staff) work hard for this to be a good school.

My oldest started KG the day this school opened. he, then my second, attended from K-5. My youngest is now in 3rd here. This is the best elementary school in Orange.

This school is very unorganized and staff is very unprofessional starting with the principal. My two kids are here and Im trying to look for a transfer. Students and their safety isnt their priority. Very sad.

I have 2 children attending this school(3rd grade and Kindergarten) It is an awesome school! My kids are loving it. The staff here are very nice and put alot of effort in making this an A+ school!!! It is very organized and all around a great school!!
