Rodrigo Landeros is the worst teacher I have ever had for many reasons. He was hired last year and I want to come forward with the truth. He gets off on publicly embarrassing/mocking his students who are too shy to stand up to themselves over small issues like forgetting school supplies and not doing HW correctly to his standards leading to a detention. There was another moment where a student was picking a fight with me in the hallways and he just stood there not doing anything to stop it. The worst part he has done is that he doesn’t let all his students have the freedom to use the bathroom when they had to urgently go to relieve themselves. Will this school take immediate action or will they just brush this off and protect their fake image?

I'm a former student of the 90's and now a parent of two teens that proudly attended De Anza Middle school. This school has completely changed from my years ofcourse, always improving. I've always been an involved parent at any school my children have attended. At this school I felt parents and students are truly cared about. Plenty of extra-curricular activities and kids are motivated and challenged in all subjects offered. My kids' experience with staff, before and during covid19 is a very positive one. All staff went above and beyond to make De Anza Middle school the best experience for my kids.

De Anza used to be an alright school, but this school has improved a tremendous amount over the years. De Anza is now and award winning school and gets visits from celebrities who are interested in the improvements of this school. De Anza was picked #1 out of 9 schools in southern California in a schools to watch foundation. It was also awarded the gold ribbon award and many more. Great award winning band and orchestra, choir, drill, and flags. Many activities and great teachers with interesting ways of teaching. A project based learning school with the aiding of every child's need.

I attended De Anza my 6-8th grade year. It is a very fun school as long as you have friends to share your moments with. i am currently a Freshman at Ontario High. De Anza teachers spend their time preparing us for high school it may not be the best school they say the teachers arent good teachers the staff is unfair and the enviorment is poorly taken care of but if you actually try your best at your studies it doesnt really matter how the school is or the teachers. i do recomend this school and i say people should give this school a try before they talk bad about it.
