Too many weird stuff hide behind this school

I have worked at Kingsbury Academy for several years, and it is a great school. The majority of the faculty really care about their students and devote immeasurable amounts of time and energy into providing a safe, enriching educational environment for them. Many of the uncertified staff (paraprofessionals / behavior staff) have college degrees, or are pursuing them, and are highly service-oriented, going above and beyond for some of the most troubled students in the county. The administration is highly supportive and works to develop strong relationships with parents, community agencies and outside service providers to best serve students. While no school is perfect, Kingsbury is as close as you'll find in an alternative school, ever striving to be able to meet the needs of a very challenging and constantly changing group of students.

the administration bullies staff and has made an incredibly unsafe working environment. The more violent and dangerous students are allowed to terrorize the weaker students and staff. Administration is adversarial toward staff, asks staff inappropriate questions (like whether they have had past counseling and details about personal issues) , listens at doors, rewards sociopathic behaviors and demeans and belittles competent staff members. Students and staff are getting hurt. I am fearful someone will be harmed horribly with current administration.
