I am a parent of a fourth grader. My child has been studying in this school for five years. Every teacher is very friendly and patient with the students. The principal of their school is bilingual. In addition to English, she also speaks Chinese. She speaks Chinese very well. In addition to the principal, the school also has many Chinese-speaking teachers. In terms of communication, the school has Chinese-speaking teachers and Spanish-speaking teachers. The school’s learning environment is very active. In addition to the classroom, there are also after-school cram schools. My children like this school very much, and I am the same. ! !

Our kids have been at Franklin for the last 5 years and they have had a wonderful time there. The teachers really care a lot for the students and have gone out of their way to make sure our kids are cared for. They try their hardest with limited resources, and try to create a nurturing environment for the kids. They often will go out of their way to help the kids who have the most challenges. My son has and IEP and they have been exceptionally helpful in catering to his needs. There has been minimal bullying. My kids say that being "cool" at this school means being smart and nice, not looking cool. They really enjoy going to school. There is excellent leadership/administration at the school. There are great extracurricular activities such as student council, gardening, music, drumming, creative expressions etc. They have an excellent library and librarian.

Franklin Elementary is a great school! Although it rates low according to great! schools.org it has great teachers, and staff members! There are great after-school programs, for example take Harbor House, a low cost and great Christian after-school program. For insight on how good this school really is, I the person who wrote this review am currently a student at it.
