This is our first year at the school but so far we are happy. Our Kinder teacher is excellent and focuses on social emotional learning, community building, and academic learning. The school is a sweet, warm, loving building. There is dance (music for the upper grades), PE, and library weekly. There is a cafeteria and most children eat breakfast and lunch at the school. The brand new play structure is great and brings joy to all the children.

When your child has attended this school since K, but receive no support from staff. Staff supports outside staff more than child/parent. Doesn't care about inconvenience of a parent due to wanting to keep a good rapport with an after-school program. Yes I never thought I'd be saying this but Bella Vista isn't the school at all for African American children to attend.

New principal is responsive to students and parents! This school is moving in the right direction and providing students with the tools they need to be successful.

I had the chance to work here during the summer and found it to be resource-rich, caring and well-managed.

My daughter is 2nd grade student at Bella Vista. She love it so much. The teachers are wonderful. And the new Principle is working so hard, and very nice.
