I grew up going to this school. It was excellent back then(1960-1974). When I had the opportunity to move back here, I was excited that my daughter would have the same opportunities that I had. At first, she struggled to catch up with the other students as her previous school was 10 steps behind Komarek's curriculum/academics. She has been going here since 3rd grade, and is now in 7th grade and was on the Honour Roll every year. The Music Department is excellent as well. I would recommend this school to all parents wanting a great education for their children. The teachers and various other staff are extremely attentive to every student and try to help any student who requires extra help to succeed.

We've been a Komarek for a year now and my two daughters love it. The teachers keep the children interested by making learning fun. Moving here was a very good decision.

Caring teachers and staff. Great variety of courses taught. Family oriented community and school. Always positive events happening throughout the school.

This a great school! We love the teachers, atmosphere and the lunches. The music program is great too.

During the past 13 years I have had two children graduate and one leaving next year. My children have been offered so many different opportunities from cooking, sewing, wood shop, band, chorus, sports, etc. I have never seen an elementary school offer so much. I give them an A++++ for preparing all the students for High School and beyond. The staff works really hard to make sure each child feels special in their own way, keeping our children safe and educating them on the Common Core Curriculum. The administrative staff creates a welcoming environment to all who enter the school. Meeting with parents and staff when issues need to be addressed. The community works together to create a fun filled environment for the staff and students of the school. Each looking out for the other and reaching out when needed. I feel very blessed to be a part of such a positive environment and super glad my children have been able to attend
