RB is a great environment for our son, and we're happy we made the decision to move here for High School. We have two daughters that will also attend here. The environment feels very safe. Good mix of athletics and academics. Our son is a Sophomore and was new to the area his freshman year. He has thrived academically and socially. Great AP courses that are challenging. Make sure to get involved with class programming as the counselors do let the kids have a lot of attitude in what they want to select for courses. We came from an excellent private school, and RB was a great transition to pubic ed. The principal is an enthusiastic leader and keeps the teachers, staff and students engaged.

My son is a transfer student at RB and this school is amazing. He was so welcomed by everyone at the school. This school challenges him academically, but they also teach what it means to be a good person, and to be involved in the community. This school is on a beautiful campus, it is just a wonderful school in a great, supportive, community!!!

This school is absolutely amazing. One thing I have a problem with is how they recognize the students at RB. Last year I got all straight A's and I got nothing. I wasn't really expecting something big, maybe something like a bumper sticker or my name in the news paper (for honor roll), but nothing. Another thing is that they treat the people on the sports team differently. Like, there was this kid in my Bio class on the football team. He had all D's and like one C AND he was STILL on the team. Not to mention that he got SUSPENDED 10 times in one year! And you know he got? A jacket, a patch , assemblies and other such. I work hard all year for NOTHING. Not even a to be appraised for. NOTHING. I feel like I am putting everything to waste. Does this mean I should join a sport, just to get recognized for throwing a ball? NO. I work to hard for nothing.
