Came from SD103 and couldn't be more happier with my decision. Even though my at the time 4th grader got shorted her 1st year at a new school (covid hit and shut it all down), I am very happy this is where we chose to move. The teachers and staff have been amazing through my daughters remote learning. Sure it's not ideal, but they are all doing a great job keeping remote students on track! Constant commuincation from all staff. Emails from teachers, newsletters from the prinifipal and the district. They are on top of everything!

Forest Road has the kindest staff. The school keeps school fun for the kids with school spirit days such as pajama day. The facility is well kept and communication is great. We love this school!

After moving here from Chicago two years ago, we are very happy with the school and community. Forest Road has at least a little diversity and the children get along nicely. The school offers PE, Art, Music ( 4-6 grades have band, orchestra, and choir), Spanish and this year they will be offering after school enrichment. The teachers communicate either daily or weekly and have reasonable expectations for homework. My children enjoy going to school and are happy there.

This is a fantastic school. The quality of my daughter's education has been excellent. If you are moving to the area, drill down on the Great Schools rating. Forest Road does not serve a homogenous community, and excels all the same.
