I had heard several years ago that this school was struggling. However, my child has been enrolled for two years now and I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL the leaders, teachers, staff and community are at Scott! Mr. Boger is extremely caring, thoughtful and kind--I swear he knows every single student by name (and some of the younger, non-student siblings, too!). The teachers are top tier and treat my kiddo with such loving and caring attitudes. Fun fact: Scott is the only elementary school in the district with zero bussing--all children live within walking distance. It truly feels like a community and a home there. We are so lucky to live nearby!!

I cannot recommend this school. This school lacks knowledge in diversity and inclusion. If your child is above average, well behaved and white, they will thrive.

I had two children attend Scoot from K through 5th and I cannot say enough good things about this school. They teach from a nurtured heart approach and celebrate diversity, kindness and being a good citizen. The first principal we had was good but Mr Boger is GREAT! He has brought a new positive energy and sense of inclusion to the school. All of the teachers have been absolutely amazing! We should not recommend Scott School enough. Great Experience for both children!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Scott. The Principal and Staff go above and beyond. The motto is "Together We Can" and the kids really love that. If there is ever an issue it gets dealt with immediately and has the teacher and Principal's full attention. We feel very lucky to be at Scott!

The teachers and administration at this school work hard to provide each student with a positive learning experience. They are flexible, open to new ideas, and very approachable. My children have made great gains since attending the school. The community is warm and the home and school organization is dedicated and hard working. This school is lucky to have much more diversity than other Naperville schools.
