Amazing school! We came from the Naperville Public Schools and I immediately saw a difference in the academics after the first month. Great teachers that truly care about my kids! Lots of support staff for kids that are maybe strong in one subject but maybe weaker in another. I’m not a super religious parent but it’s great to see Christian based values and good behavior in the classroom. They don’t tolerate bullying or disruption, and as a result my four kids have made great friends and are in a welcoming environment. I’ve met some great families too. I’m really impressed by the principal, as she doesn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves and get to work. I’ve seen her in freezing cold weather helping kids in and out of cars during this pandemic. They have DONE amazing work keeping kids safe and distanced during the pandemic. The school is really clean and maintained, and they seem to plan ahead well and communicate with parents often. My kids are so much happier here as we all feel welcomed, and it’s a great fit for our family. My neighborhood friends can’t believe that I’d pay for a private school but I tell them that it’s worth every penny because my kids are doing so well and are extremely happy.

A great school! The teachers and staff care about the kids and there is a nice sense of community among the parents. If you are looking for a Christ centered education in Naperville, definitely visit St. Raphael!

I am an alumna and parent of two current students. God works in mysterious ways: I didn't think I could be prouder of this school, but in the midst of the pandemic we've become even stronger. High academic standards, a "can do" attitude, rock-solid faith, and a tightly knit community. And the teachers and staff! Their dedication and enthusiasm are remarkable. When I send my kids to St. Raphael every day, I know they're on the right path.

I have the best job in the world. First of all, St. Raphael School has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Teachers, staff members, parents, students, and prospective students are all made to feel like family. Secondly, I get to spend all day teaching English! Talk about a dream come true! At St. Raphael, every teacher feels the same passion for his/her subject and grade level. We ALL think we have the best job in the world! Finally, we get to play a part in turning our students into disciples of Christ. Every grade attends a yearly retreat and participates in several service projects throughout the school year. We pray before class, before meals, and during our weekly Mass. There is an inner light that shines in the eyes of these students when they talk about their faith. We are blessed to be able to teach them, and they are blessed to attend such a great school as St. Raphael.

Both our kids transferred to STR about four years ago from a Naperville public grade school. STR offers a smaller learning environment which had a very positive effect on our kids from day 1. If you have the opportunity to visit the school during the school day you will notice that all the kids are focused on the subject. You will not see any student disruption as it is not tolerated in a private school such as STR. Both of our kids initially struggled academically the first year at STR-however this was due to the academic rigor. Both kids are not solidly honor roll students. We strongly believe that STR has helped mold our kids into students ready for a successful high school experience.

My son enjoys this school and loves that “everyone knows each other.” My husband went to public school so he didn’t understand the difference. He suggested he go to the public school close to us because they are just as good. I told them the public schools are good, but I wanted our son to experience going to school surrounded by a faith based community. When I took him to the open house, he was very impressed and believed in what the school wanted to teach. Not only academics, but to build character, and to grow in his faith. This is a wonderful school. We couldn’t ask for a better environment for our child to develop and grow.

We feel both our children have developed both academically and personally due to the wonderful experience they have had at St. Raphael. The teachers and staff care about the children and the parents. We are so happy with our decision to send our children to school at St. Rapahel! It is a warm, friendly & welcoming environment.

I have had two children graduate from St. Raphael. They truly educate the whole child. My children were cared for the minute they walked the doors until they graduated. The skills and moral character they developed as a result will carry them throughout their entire lives. To see my children live their faith as a teen and young adult is so fulfilling as a parent. My children were challenged to grow emotionally, educationally, and spiritually. I could not have hoped for a better experience at St. Raphael.

I would rate Saint Raphael a 10 out of 10. There is no other school for our kids. We could not be more pleased both academically and spiritually. Most importantly, our kids LOVE it!

We are new to this school this year- with our oldest child being in kindergarten. She comes home excited EVERY DAY! She can’t wait to tell us everything she has learned in school and in faith. We can’t wait for our other children to join her at St. Raphael next fall!! We couldn’t be happier with the teachers, staff and environment!

We love St Raphael School! 1 child has graduated & 1 is still there. Academics/teachers are top-notch. They truly care about the students & go the extra mile to give any needed help. Admin is amazing & are passionate about our school. Office staff is kind & welcoming. Catholic faith is included throughout the school day. Service is emphasized. All school mass every week & the grades take turns "hosting" mass (readings, cantoring, etc). We have an amazing campus minister who helps classes get ready for school masses & runs class retreats. Many traditions make it feel like being part of a big family. Students get a lot of individualized attention. A very safe school- in fact, many area schools have modeled their safety procedures after ours. Very reasonable before/after care. Busing in Dist 203. Many clubs to choose from & jr high leadership opportunities. Our grad has been extremely well prepared for high school. We are so happy that we chose St Raphael. We love it & our children do too.

Overall our experience at St.Raphael is been great. I am at piece when I drop off my child. I am at piece knowing where she is at and when I pick her up. Each parent knows their child, and for my child, St.Raphael is the best place.

St. Raphael Catholic School provides an excellent education (preschool - 8th) in a warm, welcoming environment. The students are engaged in the curriculum through activities like the student-run daily broadcast, building with a 3D printer and performing science experiments in the science lab. All of the classrooms have Smart boards and the students are 1:1 with laptops or chrome books from 3rd through 8th grade. The students are very involved in sports, clubs and leadership roles. Weekly Mass, Adoration, and retreats are just some of the ways that the students learn about their faith. The graduates are very successful and consistently test into the high school of their choice. The school staff is supportive and communication with parents is excellent. St. Raphael School is a great choice if you are looking for an excellent education in a supportive and positive community!

Our children have attended St. Raphael since their Kindergarten year. We have been at the school for six years so far and have had a wonderful experience. The teachers are excellent and are truly there for their students. They feel called to teach in Catholic Education and it shows! Our students are offered excellent curriculum, technology and extracurricular activities. They are excelling in school and sports and are very happy with their classes, teachers and peers. We feel we are part of a family community and we are so pleased we have chosen St. Raphael School.

Great school, great teachers and curriculum. Weekly mass that is planned by different grades each week.
