My son had just graduated from this lovely school, in the two years he was there, for the 4th and 5th grades, he had two wonderful teachers who were his favorite teachers of all times, he learned new stuff fast, and he was making lots of friends as soon as he started school. There were many activities, events, and field trips that kept his active mind interested, and I especially love how many family events and award ceremonies the school held to make the ohanas feel welcomed! The principal remembered everyone's name and the teachers seemed happy to be there.I was surprised to see the rating for the school isn't so high, considering how many schools my kids have been to (due to moving) and this is both me and my son's favorite school!

My daughter dealt with some serious medical issues in the 2nd grade, and the staff and students at that time back in 2000, made so easy for her as wel as for family to deal with what she was going through they supported my family by setting up for 1yr home based schooling they had someone coming to my hone so she didn't miss out .when she returned I had a meeting w/ her classmates and explained to them ? was going on .They became my eyes and ears ,and I AS A PARENT IS VERY THANKFUL TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON WHO HAVE CROSSED OUR PATH,,,,,,,,,,Now she is a SENIOR in high school

Because the principal, Mrs. Lee makes it not only a great learning center but a really fun place to go to every weekday. The children I help cross the busy highway can't wait to get to school early.
