    I would not ever place a child with special needs in this school district.

    This school district is the worst place to enroll a child who has special needs. Other families have moved out, and some home school their children in order to get away from the abuse and mismanagement of this school district. There is no redeeming quality here, it's a terrible situation that is in the beginning stages of dismantlement.
