    While the community may be helpful, and parent involvement is huge, the school falls short when it comes to test scores and discipline. The few students there are vary so much. Some students are very intelligent and want to move on from something while others really struggle, creating a very disconnected classroom atmosphere. If a parent isn't as involved in the school as others, parent-teacher communication tends to never really happen. It definitely needs to up the ante in teaching curriculum. If a student transferred out of this school to another one, they'd be considered remedial. They don't learn basic things and it saddens me.
