I find the majority of families and teachers in this area to be fair, intelligent and supportive. There are a few exceptions, which is true to each community and school. I find the small numbers to be a benefit as I have knowledge of each and every student, staff member the rest of the parents. The extracurricular activities may be limited, but there are programs offered by nearby towns that children are welcome to participate in. If you are looking for a school system that offers "it all", good luck. Most disticts are down sizing on both staff and activities due to funds. For parents who willing to stay involved, be supportive, and go the extra mile at times, there is no reason your child could not succeed in this or any other school system.

The school administration has been very dissapointing. They don't treat all students and parents fairly. Although some teachers are very dedicated they have limited power. Sports, extracurriculum activities offered are very limited if not almost bot available. The schools are part of a very small community of closed minded people, with very low enrollment. Because there aren't other options for education in the close surroundings many poeple are forced to move out of town.
