    Chesterfield is a very small school, in a rural setting surrounded with families in difficult financial situation. That being said, the school offers teachers and staff are willing to go above and beyond for their students. Funds are distributed based on population so Chesterfield's principal and staff have to be creative in coming up with the items the other schools can just buy. Why, do we do it? Our students are worth it! The students at Chesterfield, the families there, need great teachers. I love working some where that I feel I am needed.
