I have called McAuliffe my 2nd home for the past 10 years. One of the reasons I stay, is because of the strong bond we have built among staff and students. I can proudly say that all of our teachers are hardworking, dedicated and have the best interest in making sure your child has the best education possible. Here at McAuliffe, we assure you that we provide a positive and safe environment. We challenge our students to do their best academically and be the best version of themselves. McAuliffe Teachers truly care about the children and ensure that they are safe at all moments. Kids are in great hands at Mcauliffe! There is a lot of opportunity to grow and participate or partake in clubs such as chess, Starlettes, learn different sports through Elevate, and also get help academically.

McAuliffe Elementary is a great learning and nurturing community for students and parents. Students are greeted and welcomed from an early morning with enthusiasm and love. The same feeling is consistent throughout the day. Students faces reflect their eagerness to embark on a new day with an abundance of learning and positive interactions with their friends and teachers. They know that new challenges and high expectations await them, but with much support along the way. Just as the American teacher and astronaut Christa McAuliffe, there is never a limit our students can't reach, or to big of a challenge that our students can handle. The doors are Always open for new Challengers to embark on new journeys. Come and be part of our mission.

The staff goes above and beyond to make this a safe and fun learning environment for all of the students at McAuliffe Elementary. The administrators are understanding, fair, and passionate about making sure that the students are learning.

McAuliffe Elementary challenges students everyday to do their best. The teachers go above and beyond to help parents meet their child's needs and attend school regularly. The Principal and Coaches encourage the students to participate in a variety of UIL clubs, Art and Reading clubs and all types of sports after school.

At McAuliffe Elementary, students are provided learning opportunities that pave the way to success. Classroom instruction is focused around the state curriculum and the individual needs of each student . Students are invited to join the many clubs and UIL events offered to enhance their emotional and social skills. The teachers and support staff are highly certified and trained. The instructional assistants are trained to provide support to students when needed. McAuliffe is a safe school that follows all state and district safety protocols. All parents are welcome to volunteer, join the PTO, and get involved in their child's learning.

I believe this is a great school for any child academically overall. Yet, I do wish there were some sort of security officials in or around the school property. No.words for the principal;

I'm not sure how they still have that principal still in charge, she treats all parents in a very rude manner, i hope she isn't like that with the kids. I have not heard one positive thing about the principal from any other patent. Staff is the same way but what do you expect with a principal like that. Only good thing i could possibly say is that my daughters teacher is pretty good, besides heim, everyone else should take classes on how to treat people like humans.

The principal at this School is not personable,responsible,or courteous.my son walked out from his class and was wondering in the School for who knows how long and she blames my parenting?!it happend on her watch,in her School and this is my fault how now??mind u hes in kindergarten! Too many students per class not a fair advantage to the kids or teacher.

My son has had a great year in first grade and I highly recommend the GT program at this school and the 1st grade teacher who has been very creative. My son loves her and loves going to school. Also I want to commend the librarian at this school who inspires the kids to read. My son is constantly reading and has improved leaps and bounds this school year.
