I love Woodgate Elementary School. I attended as a child when the school went to 8th grade. Woodgate has always been a special school and a beacon of light in our community. Teachers still care and they go above and beyond to support the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally. I am also a parent and love how programs and activities are organized to unite the family. Woodgate is truly a family and it has always had a strong community spirit. I am grateful that my children have been able to attend and create positive lifelong memories.

I've had an awesome experience at woodgate. It's feels like family and it's most definitely a village.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far with woodgate. I have a 1st and pre k students enrolled here. The environment is so tight knit. I'm always able to communicate online and in person with my children's teachers and administrators. They're learning and developing well.

this school is horrible i rate it a 0 star if i could mean principal mean staff horrible peers today friday april 18th my story is it was this girl who wouldnt leave me alone i told the principal she did nothing but said she going to call my parents what bro 0 stars do not reccomeend

Very excited to join the school community. Had a chance to visit the school district office and meet a few principals. Looking forward to quality education for my children.

This school is a joke there policy's are ridiculous and out dated and seem to be off the cuff because if you ask to see them in writing you are ignored. My child has been singled out, discriminated, and deprived a good education because of rules and policies that no one can show me in writing.

Woodgate Elementary school is a joke Nina King does not care about the children she collects a check. They allow students to be bullied and nothing is done. The whole Schoolboard is a joke they are all family cousins. This whole district needs to be investigated by the state the teachers bring their children to work with them and they are getting paid to care for their own children. The teachers with the exception of maybe 4 do not care about the students. They allow children to be bullied and fault the parent of the bullied child for standing up for their child. They have no sports no pto nothing. Nina likes to control all money that is her only purpose. She could care less about the students and parents. This school board has allowed her to run the school into the ground. Put your kids in Private school or homeschool them before subjecting them to this dump. And if you are a real parent who will not stand for your child to be beaten and bullied this is not the school for you they are intimidated by real parents and they ban you for acting in the best interest of your child. The only good dist 159 school is Colin Powell Kim Johnson is excellent and she cares about her students.
