I love how small and intimate the school is. The staff knows the parents my face and most often by name. Lots of opportunities to volunteer with your child. My daughter is excelling, and the teachers are all very responsive and communicative. You can tell they really care about what they do.

We have been at Sharon Elementary School since kindergarten....absolutely the best school in Walton County.

My son has attended Sharon since kindergarten. He has had the best experience with the staff, his teachers have all been terrific. The school staff knows the names of all the children. It feels like a great big family. He is now headed to fourth grade, and I look forward to the upcoming year. I had a complaint with the front office accountant not following up on fundraisers or not ordering class shirts in time. Dr. Stanley is great! Dr. Callahan is as well. The major issue I had was with the fact the county no longer recognizes the hard work of kids with the honor roll. I find that disturbing because it leaves a child thinking why try when you don't get recognized.
