Love it- the testing score at this school is 9/10! And it gets a 10/10 from us. We agree with all the other with ratings! It’s impressive that out of 16 reviews this school has an almost perfect 5-star rating, and it totally deserves it. We have 2 children and moved from the Bay Area (Danville) where we are accustomed to high academic achievement and strong teachers and this school is on par, or even slightly better, and that is saying a lot! I’m terms of the social/emotional environment, as the new kid, my child was welcomed into the community and quickly made a really nice group of friends. My child feels safe, happy, loves the teacher, and looks forward to school. And bonus, my child’s walk home from school is idyllic. There is a new paved trail from Coyote creek pond up to the new construction homes that goes past the pond, winds along the stream, over wooden bridges, and through the wild flower and oak tree speckled hills.Side note, the new Twelve Bridges High School will finally have 9th-12th for the 2023-2024 school year. As the testing scores are 9/10 for this elementary and Twelve Bridges middle school, I would expect those same excellent ratings for the TBHS.A hidden gem- Great place to raise a family!

My kid loves going to school due to her experience with the teachers and their learning experience.Teachers are friendly and experienced that was obvious on my kid progress in reading, listening, and spelling in TK program!!Teacher keep us informed for all activities using email, parental square app, and share amazing photos in shutterfly app.

This is a superb school to send your children. Every year I find myself saying "well that was the BEST teacher ever.." and now in 4th grade with my oldest, the bar has again been raised. From day one in kindergarten I couldn't have asked for a more nurturing K-teacher who also pushed academics and taught at a level appropriate for my daughter (served individual needs rather than ignored them) - and that trend has continued throughout. These teachers are given a tremendous amount of support to push solid, fundamental academics, provide a wide range of activities and experiences, and above all teach these kids to be model citizens. We are so lucky to send our daughters here. Lastly, kudos to Mr. Cubias for setting a positive, fun, and open minded atmosphere at Twelve Bridges! Job well done!

Twelve Bridges Elementary is a wonderful community school. This school encompasses the whole child -- and teaches kids what it means to be a good student, caring individual and all around well rounded child. The principal, Mr. Cubias, is phenomenal. He truly cares about each student and has done great things with the school in his short time there. I have two GATE qualifying kids, and have opted to keep them at their home school. Seems like the bandwagon is to go the Charter School route, as if the education is better there. My kids have had a great education at 12Bridges and I only see the school getting better. I am a proud TBES parent.

TBES is a wonderful school! We have been very happy with the academic environment as well as the warm community feel. Great parents, enthusiastic teachers, and a well run school.

NWhat this school does have is great families and a great social structure, and wonderful parent-led classes/clubs or activities after school. What they are lacking is - as are all public schools - is anything but an average curriculum. Sadly, the teachers are forced to teach to the lowest performers, leaving kids who excel with not much to do for any type of challenge. And not all of the teachers here are spectacular, and the principal isn't the strongest leader. The science teacher is amazing however! I miss the families the most.
