I am a current Blue Valley High student and have gone through both prairie star middle and prairie star elementary. Prairie star elementary was the best place ever. Growing up being in sped and still being in it. They treated me so nicely. All the teachers and staff were all so happy about their jobs and so willing to help us grow and learn. From Office staff to Library lady and the ladies in the lunch room. That had always put a smile on my face. Remembering Prairie star always brings a smile to my face. Every teacher I had from kindergarten to 5th grade helped me. This past week at one of the games my 4th grade teacher came up and said hi to me. It made me feel so happy that she remembered me. This school was the best school for teaching me how to grow up the proper way. Thank you Prairie star and for all the memories and amazing people

First. I will start by saying I am a mother of 6 and in total, I have had personal experiences with 8 different elementary schools in 3 different states that my kids have been enrolled in over the years. So I have 7 other elementary schools I can compare this one with. With that being said, my kids absolutely love this school. The staff is incredible. The teachers are all so happy and energetic like they truly love their jobs. The principal is so positive and upbeat. No one ever complains. Like if my kids forget a mask or there is an accident or some other little drama that occurs, they just take care of it and I never even hear about it. There is no bullying that goes on here. All the kids are nice to one another and I believe the staff would not tolerate it otherwise. I just can’t say enough good things about this school. We feel so blessed that we took the plunge by pulling our kids out of the nearby Catholic school they were enrolled in to switch to Prairie Star. The absolute best decision we’ve made for our kids ever! They are all so happy here. I would not hesitate to recommend this elementary school to anyone. It’s wonderful.

This is the BEST school you can find around here. Not "one of". Everything is about the little one. The teachers are beyond expectation.

Everything is top notch at Prairie Star. So many great programs, teachers and the principal as well. We love Prairie Star!

We love Prairie Star Elementary. All of the teachers are top notch and the principal is the best I have been involved with. She has elementary aged kids of her own (not at PSE) which makes her very relate-able. She strives to make every part of the school fantastic - academically, socially, via community service involvement and use of Blue Valley virtues. I can't compliment the principal, teachers, staff and school district enough. It's a VERY impressive school and district overall.

We love our school. From Principal, teachers, down to staff, all are all hard working professionals. Test scores really tell the story. This school can not be matched! Parent involvement is wonderful. The parents here really care and offer up their time to help. The opportunities and challenges available to our children here are truly amazing.
