I have had a good experience with the teachers here. I have 3 children who attend this school, and I have been blessed to have teachers who are concerned about my children's well being. It was a transition for my children due to this being the first year at this school and I was nervous, but it has proven to be beneficial. I pray that the school is able to be updated and get the kind of resources necessary to help ALL of the children in this neighborhood. They DESERVE to receive the QUALITY education and the social activities that will allow them to grow sufficiently. Ms. Scott is a wonderful resource and a blessing to have at the school.

I have two children that attend Deerfield Kindergarten and 3rd Grade. The teachers and faculty staff are very pleasant. Mr. Tucker have done an awesome job on behalf of the students at Deerfield. My children are excelling in all areas. As a concerned parent I just want to say job well done to all and to keep up the good work.

i used to be in this school. alot of students used very bad language and did inapropriate things. i am now homeschooled and in 5th grade. i very much miss my friends, but i do like homeschooling better because i dont have to worry about bad language or inapropriate things being said to me.

Deerfield is an OK school.Mr Tucker tries to do a good job running the school with what he can do, teachers and staff for the most part seem as if they care about the students education. There is a lot of focus on attendance but there is still a big need in improvement but it needs to come most from the PARENTS. There are a lot of students that are disrespectful and act up a lot in school even from the youngest kids-K and 1st and on upper! U can not blame this on the teachers though I do believe that there should be more discipline in schools but you cannot really do much when it comes to public schools. Some of their parents are the same way disrespectful and seem to not care about their child's education or about true discipline in teaching their child how to act in school.
