I am writing on behalf of our son who recently transferred out of LCHS due to significant racial profiling and discrimination by some of his peers and teaching staff. As a family we are completely disheartened and disgusted by the lack of support and negligence the administration and head of schools, Daniel Breen conducted. They were never equipped nor cared about our son’s overall well being to make him feel heard and equally accepted!! There focus was to sweep everything under the rug because of who the students were and how there families continue to financially help support there school. I have been a Christian all my life and continue to instill and conduct what gods true word is within our family. What our son experienced is something I pray no other student should have to experience or feel their voice does not matter. Because I assure you it does and this unjust behavior should not be tolerated and NEEDS TO CHANGE!! THIS SCHOOL DOES NOT MODEL OR STAND TRUE TO GODS WORD AND THERE CORE VALUES! THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT BENEFITS THEM INSTEAD OF THE OVERALL WELLBEING OF EVERY CHILD!!!!! PLEASE REALLY DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR STUDENT HERE.

One of the most horrific educational institutions anyone could ever send their children to. A pure fad to indoctrinate Catholicism into children's minds.

I'm a graduate of LCHS. I was proud and privileged to be a student there. It was a rock, a great source of strength for me not only academically but spiritually and emotionally as well for the high school years were challenging die to my situation at home. Times change and regrettably I am no longer proud of my alma mater. LCHS failed both of my children at a time when they were struggling through the trauma of divorce. The stress at the time affected their academic performance and there was little to no support for either of them. In fact I was told that it was better to remove my children from the school to allow for students who are more serious about their education to take their spot especially since I was paying tuition. I was angry and heart broken. The rejection my children felt impacted their already low self esteem. I didn't rely on the school to provide therapy . Both were receiving outside counseling. There was absolutely no support academically, emotionally or spiritually provided by the school. LCHS was the "Loved guardian of our youth" for decades. WAS............

There are worst places to send your child, but I woukd never reccomemd LCHS. Administration doesn't care about students, ones freedom of speech is consistenty stifled by an oppressive alum community, the arts have been completely abandoned and uncared for for years and the best of the faculty has left or probably will in the upcoming years. Don't waste your time or money by giving you'd child a subpar education and social issues that'll last for years.

Administration office is terribly rude. Do not understand how these people can run this school. The section of this website where it shows the clubs and music and arts is false. About only 4 clubs are even active and they sugar coat that they "high prioritize the arts". More emphasis on the athletics and I cannot get over how rude the administration is

Our family has lived in 4 states and our children have attended public and private schools in those states. We moved to Pennsylvania in the summer of 2015 and put our children at Lancaster Catholic. This has, without a doubt, been the best educational experience my children have ever had. They are both honor students and very competitive. They are academically challenged every day and I know they are getting a great education that will prepare them for college. The student body is very welcoming and the school's administration is always available and has been very helpful with our introduction to the school. I can't say enough good things about this school and the environment it provides for learning, friendships, and the commitment to community service.

Without a doubt the BEST high school to send your children to in Lancaster county!!! A tenured and dedicated staff, a Catholic/Christian environment-including daily prayers, an outstanding curriculum, loyal alumni & fans, terrific athletics for boys & girls, truly an education for a lifetime!
