This is a great little neighborhood school. Small class sizes = better one on one attention and education.

I have two kids in attendance. My eldest started mid way through his Kindergarten year because he was having trouble at a private school. The teachers and administrators really rallied around my family. They are very proactive about supporting and are always willing to listen and brainstorm with me. He is doing so much better and it is really due to that collaboration. My youngest is doing amazing. They do a great job of putting similar learners together so everyone moves at their own pace. The key to school success is advocating for your own children and at Glennon Heights they respect and welcome conversation.

What a warm, welcoming school! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the teachers, staff and leadership at Glennon! Both of my boys are thriving academically and socially. Their teachers are skilled educators with a wealth of experience. My kindergartener loves going to school everyday. He did not want Thanksgiving break because he said he'll miss his friends and teachers. The special education teachers and interventionists provide a wealth of support to students and classroom teachers. The principal is passionate about the students and the community, always willing to listen to ideas and concerns with an open mind. As a parent, I value the partnership the school has with the families. The PTA is extremely supportive, helping the teachers and students through various means. Glennon Heights has a leadership program that helps students learn effective, life long, leadership skills that teach them responsibility, cooperation and problem solving. Class sizes are small and I know my children are getting the attention they need to be successful. I know I made the right choice enrolling my boys at Glennon Heights. I highly recommend this school.

Glennon Heights Elementary is an amazing school. My son started life 6 weeks early. He has always been delayed in learning new things. And the first few years of school were rough for him. But the teachers here are so understanding and patient with him. They have all done an amazing job to collaborate with each other to find ways to teach him. He has grown so much in the last few years, and is on his way to being caught up with the rest of his class. Thank you so much for your hard work.

This is a small school that gives so much opportunity! Small class sizes!Teachers really care about students!Great community and wonderful administration.Lots of growth can be had here!

My two oldest children went to this school and my third one is now in kindergarten, I love the communication. The principal, the office staff and the teachers are great, I've seen them greeting the kids by name. I wouldn't have my little one go to this school if I didn't think highly about it. I'm looking forward to seeing my kid growing in it.

overall we have had a negative experience at Glennon Heights. We started at Kindergarten and each year the experience gets worse and worse. we honestly should have left 2 years ago (after 3rd Grade) but there was this idea of supporting the neighborhood school or it can't change, that was to idealistic and hurt our sons foundation immensely.

We absolutley love this school. It's smaller, which I love and everyone is very nice. I cant want to send my other kid here when he is old enough

The front office staff is rude. The school has had lice mutiple times since the begining of the school year and has done nothing about it. Horrible structure for education!

Small school so you get to know all the teachers and other students/parents, and are not lost in the crowd. PTA working to build community by hosting events, (movie night, carnival, halloween events) and supporting the school through fundraisers where the money raised helps the school and staff, such as buying laptops, document cameras, remodeling the computer lab, and reimbursing the teachers for out of pocket expenses used in their classrooms. We have been here for 6 years and love this school.
