Our son has been here since preschool. We've had a positive experience. Teachers are committed to the overall experience for the students.

BLS is awesome. We never planned on sending our kids to a private school but the positive experience @ BLS made us completely rethink things and we've been so thrilled. Both our kids went to BLS for the ELC and now both out kids are in elementary school @BLS. It's a fantastic school community with amazing teachers that care about kids

Amazing teachers and staff. So much community to be found here. Preschool is so good, kids have fun and play but also learn so much! There are always events and things. The school puts a lot of effort into everything they do.

One of the best decisions my husband and I have made for our family. The teachers are loving. The curriculum is rigorous and the class sizes ensure no kids are left behind. The community at Bethlehem is an enormous blessing in our lives.

As a parent with two kids at Bethlehem Lutheran School, I'm overwhelmingly positive about our experience. The staff and Early Learning Center (ELC) provide a nurturing and safe environment that aligns with our family, ensuring our children are both cared for and educated. The commitment to offering a variety of activities and the exceptional dedication of the teachers have made our children's learning journey enjoyable and fulfilling. We're truly thankful for the sense of community and unwavering support our family has received.

We love this school so much and are so grateful for the entire staff and all the families there. Our children are thriving and LOVE going to school. They're learning so much and it seriously is so amazing to see their growth. We couldn't be happier with this school!

Our child has been attending Bethlehem Lutheran School since she was 2 in the ELC program. We have been very happy with the education and experience there and would definitely recommend! Our number one priority was faith-based learning, which has certainly been met. The teachers are all very invested in the kids, school, and overall community with many of them having their own kids attend the school, which makes them so much more accessible and approachable. I have also been very impressed with the quality of teaching they provide! The community of parents, teachers, administrators and staff is like family. While no institution is perfect or without problems, Bethlehem strives to ensure the health and happiness of all the kids attending!

Bethlehem is a great school. My kids absolutely love it here. They feel very comfortable and they love all of the staff and teachers. Everyone is so nice and the learning that these kids are getting is genuinely amazing.

This place is different! Different in the best way, too! Special place where your children learn from God-loving teachers and staff. Challenging curriculum. Respect and responsibility are taught in a gracious manner. We are thrilled to have found Bethlehem Lutheran School.

This is just for the ECE - had a bad experience. Teachers take an “old school” approach that is not based on love and logic as they say. Punitive, heard teacher raise voice at young kids. Child was told his comfort object would be taken away if he cried. Had to change classrooms halfway through year bc they did not comply with regulations. Not evidenced based approach to discipline. Would not recommend.

Excellent! Our both children go there. We are sending our oldest one to the first grade there and are very happy about that.

We've been at BLS for 2 1/2 years and love it. You absolutely cannot find a school with a more kind hearted and dedicated principal (who is constantly improving our school - his vision translates to action that benefits students, families and staff)! The teachers are willing to go the extra mile to customize the learning experience for your child and are great at communicating with parents. The best part is that it's a Christ centered school. Weekly chapel is every Wednesday and is a joy filled, interactive time for students to praise and learn about our Savior.

Our family has been more than thrilled with our experience at BLS. The teachers and staff and curriculum are second to none. Children are challenged, supported, and loved. My daughter has developed such a love and excitement for school and learning through her positive experiences at BLS, and as parents we are constantly surprised and amazed at both her intellectual and emotional growth. EXCELLENT school!

My children attended BLS for many years (for six years) though we moved them to a public school for personal reasons two years ago. I can honestly say now in comparing public vs BlS curriculum, BLS BLOWS AWAY any curriculum in the public schools. BLS curriculum is very thorough, accelerated and has excellent textbooks assigned to each student for every subject (most public schools only have few textbooks assigned). The tuition is well spent there. The teachers at BLS are amazing, highly skilled and caring.people. My kids still say certain teachers there are the best they've ever had. Sure there might be a troubled student here or there, all schools have them. All in all, BLS is one great school. Your kid will be ahead in life if they attend this school.

My child has received a very high quality education. Teachers are very caring. Low class volume.

So much Turnover! So much Bullying! It feels like a public school. The new principal is trying his best to turn the school around. However, you can't change the parents. You can expect your child to learn things in this school that is learned in Public schools. They have some very troubled kids attending this school who are constantly in trouble and some in serious trouble with mental issues. If you don't remove the cancer, the cancer spreads!

I've had three children at Bethlehem now for the past 9 years. At first, they promised a ratio of 15:1, sign language in the pre-school, Spanish in grades K-8, band and orchestra, a bell choir, and a variety of competitions on the state and national level, and they fulfilled their promise. However, that didn't last. Last year the kindergarten had 28 children with one teacher and a part-time aide. There hasn't been Spanish for six years now. There is Latin for grades 7 & 8, but the teacher is not proficient and has to look up how to pronounce words. There is only choir - no band, orchestra or bell choir. Sometimes the students do some signs to songs. The 7th grade class is so badly behaved, the administration combined them with the 8th grade class so that the 8th graders could "police" the 7th graders. Two years ago, we were told half-way through the year that we had to purchase $700 Ipads for our kids. The server, however, was not able to support the Ipads, the teachers have never been trained on how to use Ipads in the classroom (they still don't know how to utilize the Ipads). They are used as glorified word processors. When my daughter was in 8th grade 9 years ago, she read The Crucible. Now my 8th grade son read Rikki Tikki Tavi and The Mouse and the Elephant from Asops fables. He has not learned how to write a research paper. There are no standards in the Language or Literature classes that I'm aware of, I'm not even sure the teachers know what books are on the 8th grade reading list. They fired two middle school teachers first semester and it's been chaos ever since. Now the IT guy is the gym teacher. There is supposedly a new teacher starting soon to teach Literature and Language, but the parents have not met him, and have no confidence that he will be able to get the students ready for high school. The only saving grace is the pre-school through 3rd grade teachers - but still, the class sizes are huge. In nine years, my children went from growing, learning, thinking human beings, to simply numbers. It's sad and I cannot reccommend Bethlehem Lutheran to anyone.

We found this school when my daughter was starting preschool. She was very shy and had a hard time adjusting to a different routine. Her teachers we excellent helping her grow. She is now in 3rd grade and thriving. Every teacher she had had has been amazing, and the leadership around the school is suportive and active in all aspects of the school.

Thankful for the amazing school we were blessed to find. There is such a strong sense of community and the teachers truly take pride in what they do and care about our kids. Education as well as core virtues and values are top priority. And I treasure the wonderful friendships I have made as well. I am so glad this school is part of our lives.
