Beavertown teachers are mostly unqualified. They don't seem to care about the students. Teachers are rude and unwilling to help their students!

I love some of the teachers and most of the teachers are magnificent and do a wonderful job. The principal as well is wonderful and truely cares for every child enrolled there and looks at them as they were his own child. However my daughter when getting ready to start kindergarten there failed their "testing", so of course they said my child was not ready. But because I was smarter than the person doing the testing put my child in anyway, and she passed with flying colors. HAHA:) Now, this year her teacher of whom I will not name due to do what I am about to write....plays favorites. My child will do something and get in trouble but one of her friends of which is in the same class and we are very close with's child will do the exact same thing and wont get in trouble. Overall I think highly of Beavertown and most of the teachers and other staff in the building, I just think the few bad apples they have there are holding the school back and possibly even the reason for some of the other bad comments on here. So, would I recommend to others, if you send your child there I hope you get a great teacher and if not fight for your child and Mr.Kozarek will make sure it is right.

Beavertown School is the BEST because of the combination of supportive parents, dedicated teachers, and students with a positive attitude! At Beavertown, everyone really CARES and gives 1000%! There are afterschool clubs to help students with homework, math skills, and various outside interests such as Ancient Roman History and higher level thinking strategies. Beavertown is a special place. You are so fortunate if your child is enrolled there!
