Teachers here sometimes pick favorites, but from my experience, they still help other students a lot. Homework is challenging, however easy enough to do in under 30 minutes, and it’s almost impossible to be alone here, in a good way. Everyone is vastly different, playing different sports, having different friends, different hobbies, etc. Football games here are fun to go to and watch, and I honestly cannot see anything wrong with it. I was here from 2021 to 2024, and I haven’t seen a single problem previously mentioned in the old reviews.

Very small school with small graduating classes. My children did very well and enjoyed the teachers and staff. Most students go on to great colleges.

If your failing they just push you through to get your diploma

There is absolutely no college readiness. Students are not motivated whatsoever. Teachers pick and choose favorites and if you’re not one of them you will face consequences and reprehension. Very disorganized.

Came back to K town because I want my future family to go to the same great school I went to. From sports to academics David Brearley was an awesome experience.

Love the teachers and staff. Small town feel everyone knows each other and cares!

very poor, if your student is struggling they don't even reach out to notify the parents of a possibly failing and/or solution like they are suppose to... teachers play favorite and dismiss all other students. My daughter struggled in Math... the teacher made no attempt to help her and dimissed her... she ended up with a 79 C... 1 point he couldn't help her with. very poor... the 2 or 3 rating fits well. I moved because of this school system
