Our family has loved being part of Aristoi Upper School for the past 6 years. Both of my children have found the best friends they've ever had, and they both have loved learning. They come home excited to talk about the ideas that were presented in class or share a funny story about something that happened in class that day. They have honestly enjoyed school. My daughter graduated last year, and she is doing very well at college and feels that Aristoi gave her exactly what she needed to succeed at her school's rigorous Honors College. Both of my children know how to think for themselves, how to reason through a problem, and how to speak and write persuasively. I also greatly appreciated the school's emphasis on character education and their clear stance that there are things in this world that are true and good and beautiful, and that those things are worth loving. This is a small, caring school full of teachers who truly care about their students and kids who are happy, hard-working, and respectful. We love it here.

My child started with Aristoi in the 2nd grade, after leaving Primrose. Was a great transition...My son loves his teachers and loves going there. Most of the teachers are pretty responsive and courteous to the needs of the student. I only had one issue with a teacher, who is no longer at the school. The curriculum seems appropriate, and the assignments seems to instill the lessons instructed by the teacher, which helps me enforce those teachings at home to instill/drive the points home. I am pretty happy with my son's progress thus far, as by it being a smaller campus, kids and staff seem closer knit, than if at a public school (just my assumption/thought). My son has been on the honor roll each year since attending (he's in 5th grade now). Looking forward to see what his future holds after receiving his education from here and onto college!

This is my student's first year at Aristoi and I have been very pleased with the education that my student is receiving. We are looking forward to the next school year. Friends have been made, relationships with teachers have been formed, and clubs have been joined. We are thankful that we found this school.

At first it was great. We had caring teachers. This year it has been horrible. I talk with the teacher often and one thing is said in a meeting but it is never executed. My child will not be returning. One bad teacher has ruined our experience there.

They do not have good teachers. most are new and not very good. My daughters teacher quit before the Christmas holiday. She left her class struggling to keep up. When I talked to the headmaster he totally didn't care about my daughter. they also don't have a real cafeteria and the food is AWFUL! They need a building, they are in an old rundown church and it is not at all good enough. Because of all of this I had to put my kids back into public school.

My child has attended Aristoi Classical Academy for 8 years and we love it! The classical curriculum is challenging and encourages the development of critical thinking skills. He particularly loves the block scheduling and history curriculum. The teachers are not restrained to just follow text books - they look for other avenues to draw the kids in and inspire them to learn.
