This school should shut down from improper teachings filling kids about nonsense keeping kids especially my baby from their dreams and what they want to be just an awful school.

Worst school ever. My son was treated like a prisoner by the assistant principal all because another student slapped my son and in return my son gave him the hands. My son has never been in trouble for anything but all because he punched another student and kneed him because the student slapped him they look at my son as a bad person. This is the first altercation that my son has been in and for them to treat him as if he is always in trouble is not cool. The superintendent makes it no better because I spoke with him and I now see that they all work together. What will it take for this school to treat all students fairly.

This school is terrible. The teachers do not care about the students education. They simply just care about their pay check. They do nothing about children having problems with bullies. The condition of the school is terrible, they have tons of bugs. There is mold on the ceilings. My child and her friends have had under-cooked food multiple times. This is no place to have students to get their education

I absolutely love Henderson Middle School. It is an excellent example of what a middle school should be. My daughter is a seventh grade student. She says she loves school! That is not a common thing to hear from a child her age! She has grown and matured so much since she has attended Henderson. The teachers and administrators genuinely care about each and every student. When problems arise, they work closely with the parents to get the children back on track. I always feel welcome to talk to her teachers. I feel like they want my child to succeed. My husband and I have raised four daughters. They range in age from 31 to 12. The three oldest girls all graduated from Ga. Public schools. They are all happy, successful young women. Henderson Middle School surpasses every school that I have been associated with by far! My daughter has learned so much. She has been encouraged to be a leader in our community because of the loving support she has received at HMS. She has one more year there and then off to high school. I only hope her experiences at high school are as great.
