Good luck!!!! All of my children go or have gone there (until graduation) and even though there are some amazing teachers this school is far behind other school such as Anderson and Navasota. The principals in both the elementary as well as high school are just warm bodies and the "good old boy" system is truly at its finest here. What happened to the days where the teachers cared? I don't mean the old teachers that have been around since I was enrolled, I'm referring to the newbies. They were well aware of how the system was when they decided to become a teacher. How about the teachers that have their own children in their home room class, even though there are other teachers for that child. Yeah, no issues at all with that. Hahahahaha. Good luck! Take my advice, go to Anderson!

all four of my children attend this school. The teachers do an excellent job and take the time to make sure everyone understands what is going on. Being a small school there is alot of one on one.

After moving out of College Station, I was truly worried that the academic success of my children was at stake. Me and my wife were thinking of private schools in the area, and Iola would do until we found one suitable for us. After three weeks at Iola, we were suprised at the sophistication and academic prowess provided by Iola. Great environment, great teachers that care about the kids, and wouldn't you know it, a scholl that enforces the rules we grew up with! Thank you Iola, and I recommend these schools to anyone!
