ELM has been a wonderful experience. My daughter has grown so much over the years. I love how the 7 healthy habits have played a huge role in my daughters life. She has become more independent and confident. The leader in me approach has really stuck with my daughter. We absolutely love ELM and would recommend this school to every parent. It is a safe school where kids can learn and have fun at the same time.

ELM has been a wonderful preschool for our son. Since starting here, he has developed socially, emotionally and academically. He loves his school and is always talking about his teachers whom he absolutely loves and his friends. We love the "Leader in Me" program and how it teaches the students to apply life and leadership skills in practical situations. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone looking for an excellent preschool for their child.

Our son has been going to ELM for almost 2 years and I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with the care and skills/education that he has received at this school. We have noticed a tremendous change in his social and academic skills. He absolutely loves going to school and doesn't want to leave when I pick him up. The combination of using a play-based approach to learning and "The Leader in Me" program is what attracted us first to this school. We are confident that with everything he has learned at ELM, he is more than ready to tackle kindergarten and beyond. I would highly recommend ELM to anyone looking for an excellent preschool for their child.

My child goes to ELM which is a Leader in Me program. It teaches 7 Habits curriculum from the Covey institute. It s fabulous! In addition to teaching foundational academics, it teaches leadership skills pulled directly from Stephen Covey s 7 habits, modified for preschool age. Habit 1 Be Proactive (Kids own their own destiny) Habit 2 Begin with the end in mind (start with a plan & stick to it) Habit 3 First things First (work before play) Habit 4 Think Win-Win (look for third alternatives) Habit 5 Seek first to understand, then to Be understood (Listen & understand others to be influential) Habit 6 Synergize (Value others' strengths, create better solutions together) Habit 7 Sharpen the Saw (Balance feels best, take care of yourself & find meaning in helping others) My son is excelling there, and started bringing home what he learned at school in the first week. It s amazing to see my 4 year old act more mature than many adults He s picking up the academics much more quickly than he did at his previous preschool because of the added confidence he has in his own problem resolution skills. It s really amazing!
