This review has been brewing for about 2 years since our child started at this school. Being the most expensive school in the state you would expect a better experience, especially being there is competition around every corner. Here are some of the issues we had:Teacher turnover: You almost quite literally don't know who your child's teacher is going to be by the day because they leave so often and they scramble to relace them.Child Hygiene: Their refusal to assist your infant/toddler in the pre-stages of bathroom care and potty care is unacceptable, and cost us TWO visits to the quick care for UTIs.Pay Gap: The principal drives a brand new Mercedes and wears Red Bottoms around while the teachers seem to leave as fast as they come due to pay scale.School Safety/Design: The school is poorly designed and offers minimal security compared to the competition. Actually the only security is the front door code. No cameras that parents can look at all. Our childs classroom was right at the front with direct access to outside, the lobby, and the courtyard.Food: There is none.Curriculum: The curriculum is terrible. The curriculum and one-on-one time with your child should reflect upon the price you pay for admission. I could put my child in public school if I wanted them to be just a number. In conclusion compared to the competition you are paying ABSURD prices for less time, you supply your own food, and force your kid into a uniform to match the façade of "luxury" in a sub-par school and environment. If you look at just 2 more schools that are even close to the cost, I put my bottom dollar that this will not be the one that you choose.

This school gave nothing impression but a lies.1. Before enrolment the principal told that I can stored the baby stroller. On the very first day reception rejected can’t stored anywhere in the school.2. Baby’s movement pictures in the classroom will be sent during the school days thru school app. But they did only after the school days end.2. They have so many children packed in the classroom until my baby was having running nose and mild fever after 2 days of school. Non of the class Teachers were seem to realised about it. SUCKS…. 3. I exited my baby after 2 days of school and sent email to principal that will collect baby’s stuff when me and baby totally recovered from sickness. ( I got fever from my baby and worried it will be Covid-19 thus we self quarantine while waiting for negative result) 4. 50 days later I went to the school to ask for my baby stuff and told that it was all donated. Told that they called 2times and left voice msg abt it. OMG…Does the reception expects me to take the unknown callers (No wayyyy) and why can’t they just send me OFFICIAL EMAIL since they have both me and my husband emails on registration??? Or are they expecting all the 1st time parents to know their words in mind and school exiting policy without briefings to the parents? 5. Reception staff kept telling me they called twice when I pointed out about the official email. Finally they said SORRY to me and promised AGAIN that they will call next day after checking with their principal. I was stunned with her words that “call me” instead of sending email. Waited 3days but no calls from Marryhill school Henderson. Stunning with their lousy lies.I told them that one of the pyjamas set was from her late granny who passed away 3 weeks ago thus the reason I wanted to get back the set and waiting for them to update. It doesn’t happened until now. I’m so lucky that I sent my baby to marryhill preschool in Henderson for just 2days. Can’t imagine what will be happening if she schooled for a month.

My son went to this school for 3 years. The school is absolutely the best! My son is headed to first grade and he will be attending Southern Highlands Prep and I hope it will be the same experience that we have had at Merryhill. Teachers, facility are the Best!

We LOVE this school! My daughter has been going to this school for over 2 years and now my baby boy has started in the infant room. The teachers are great, and you can tell they love kids. They are really committed to the kids, and the curriculum is very good. The staff is super friendly and reachable. It feels like a big family in there. My daughter loves this school, and so does my husband and my parents, who are able to keep up to date on the kids daily activities thanks to the photos and notes available through their app and emails. They have fun events through out the year, which both, kids and adults can look forward to. In summary, this is a great school, with a very good curriculum, amazing staff and teachers, and a clean and safe building. And all of this is possible thanks to a FANTASTIC principal. Mrs. Luther keeps this school running like you would hope every school be run.

This school has amazing teachers that really reach children. There are small classes and lots of individual attention for each student.

My daughter began attending Merryhill last fall, and we could not be more thrilled with the school, the teachers, and the staff. Our daughter loves going to school every morning, especially because she is greeted so warmly by the administration and her teachers. The curriculum is challenging but age appropriate, and the progress my daughter made this year far exceeded my expectations. We are looking forward to seeing the progress our daughter will make in the years ahead.

I was extremely disappointed with Merryhill Preschool. When looking for a new place to go for my son we thought this would be a great school. At the time our son was 3 and his a normal very active 3 year old. After his "discovery day" the director told us that he was not a good fit/welcome at their school. Like I said he was newly 3 & a normal well maybe a little more active than normal boy. How she was talking to me seemed that the only accepted Stepford children, or the teachers don't have good classroom management to know how to deal with children than at don't just sit and do. I'm sorry he is 3.

My son is currently enrolled in their preschool program. He attended lighthouse academy when he was younger and used to give me such a hard time almost every morning because he did not like that school. Since I switched his school to Merryhill Henderson location, it has been so nice to see my boy get excited to go to school. It is truly amazing to see my son develop socially and academically. Their new principal Ms. Luthers is a warm loving person. More importantly, she is a great leader who is highly respected by teachers and parents. My boy's teachers were Ms. Moore, Ms. Zeitlow, Ms. Groover, and Ms. Mendoza. They all are wonderful teachers who truly love kids and committed to providing excellent education in loving environment. I am very happy with this school. I would highly recommend this school.

My daughter is in Pre-K at Merryhill, and we have been thrilled with her teachers, class size, academics and the learning environment. It is not a very big school and the teachers from all classrooms know my daughter and take the time to say hello to us. Early education is so important, and everyone at this school has helped my daughter begin what is hopefully a lifelong love for learning. She is excited to read to me, shows me the yoga poses she learned in sports, teaches me new spanish words and is excited to go to school every day. The administration and staff are always helpful, answering all questions I have quickly. I highly recommned Merryhill for the academics as well as the nurturing staff. It is expensive, but worth it, especially in the early years.
