We miss Hanscom! I am not sure what kind of school it was in 2008 reading some of the older reviews because we had an amazing experience. Tons of supports for children with various needs. I was at some sort of parent involvement activity at least once every 2-3 months. And being on a military base where children come and go regularly, they were on top of the transition process when we moved. (sadly i can't say the same good things about our current school)

I can not say enough good things about this school. The teachers have so much compassion for military children and they do an amazing job helping them with difficult transitions. The staff make parents and students feel welcomed at all times. The class sizes are small allowing the teachers and aids to work closely with each student and they are able to individualize some of the curriculm to meet each students needs. If you are moving to Hanscom your child will be well cared for here.

This school is amazing.. As a military family moving from school to school this facility has it down! My son came from a west coast school with a large reading issue. In the two years of "intervention" from our old school nothing changed. Two weeks in this school and my son has improved to almost grade level.. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all aspects of this schools some may complain about the "older" building with no air con. However there is a plan in place to rebuild a new school. I would send my kids here even if they were schooled in portables.. Kudos to all.!!! I love this school!
