My daughter was beat up by a boy on the playground, he is a kid that always got into trouble for violence and they let him be with other kids! They said it was my daughter ‘s fault because she threw a snowball (playing) at his arm. She told us when she got home they didn’t even call! We took her out of that school that day! We asked what was done and they admitted that they didn’t bring him to the office just her to tell her she shouldn’t throw snowballs at him! No consequences for him at all for beating another child! The principal wouldn’t let us see the video either. Obviously the teachers weren’t watching because he held her down and beat her! My daughter has a learning disability and it took them a year and a half to actually get her help even though we kept asking. Her teacher let the kids talk about their elf on the shelf and she told my daughter her elf was fake! Kids would bully my daughter and the counselor said kill them with kindness and did nothing! My daughter was slapped on the face by a boy and told the bus driver, bus driver said tell your teacher, teacher said tell your bus driver! This school is horrible just like the school district. I worked for Green Bay’s school district so I know what goes on. If I would’ve known about how bad it was I would’ve moved somewhere else! They are shutting down Green Bay schools because everyone is fleeing to other districts! I tried to move my daughter a year in but every district was full! I even looked an hour away…full! Don’t send your kids to (GBAPS) Green Bay Area Public Schools and definitely not Langlade Elementary! My daughter came home crying EVERYDAY it was a nightmare! She is at a new school now, we moved out of state and her new school is 10k times better!

My son loves his school. He even says it, as we pass the school in our car! There are many activities outside of the school day that we have had the opportunity to participate in, such as Holiday craft night, Math night, Party-Gras event, and school/family bowling events. The teachers go above and beyond to make your child's experience a positive one. In addition the principal of Langlade Elementary is very positive, calm person, and that feeling travels through the school. I would not hesitate to encourage other families to check out Langlade. Their test scores are very good, too! Lastly, I'd like to say that diversity is an important factor for me. My child has children of many ethnicities and backgrounds in his classroom - a great asset and something I appreciate..

This is a great school with a great principal and teachers and students. Langlade is a hidden gem.

I've had three daughters attend Langlade, one who is still there, and we love the school. The previous principal and the new one have both set a positive tone there that filters down through the teachers and the students. We have been pleased with all of our teachers, seeing them as dedicated, hard-working and conscientious. But we have also had a few exceptional teachers there, who have gone even further above and beyond to get to know the kids and really motivate them to excel. And that's what it's all about. I feel very lucky that we moved into this neighborhood, where we could send our girls to Langlade... wouldn't change a thing.
