My kids are in preschool and 1st grade. It’s our 1st year here and we’re so glad we moved from the school district (COUSD). Class size is much smaller, teachers are caring and superb, daycare is amazing (with very minimal screen time- only Fridays), Christ-centered education, math and reading have greater rigor than standard curriculum. My kids are staying here!

When looking for a school we meticulously reviewed multiple schools in the area. We wanted to find a school with an effective student to teacher ratio, substantial resources, faith based education, extracurricular and a sense of support & family, Hope Lutheran met every one of those criteria and more! It is rare to find a school filled with so many supportive & caring teachers and parents, it's truly a family. We look forward to having our children grow up with the "Bulldog" family from Kindergarten through 8th grade. We are very blessed to have our children attend such a welcoming, inclusive & organized school.

Our family loves Hope Lutheran School! The class sizes are a huge benefit and students get the attention and help they need. The staff is so caring and accommodating to the students needs as well. We would highly recommend Hope for families looking for a private school for preschool through 8th grade.

Our boys both attend Hope Lutheran (6/8th grade). We joined the school as K/2nd graders. They have made great friends, received an excellent education and get the opportunity to expand their skills with year round sports, elective courses and other opportunities. The middle school rotates classes/teachers and focuses on curriculum to prepare the students for High School education and independence. The principle, Brenda Nguyen, is exceptional, caring, and deeply passionate raising faith based, educated and well rounded children. I highly recommend this school.

We absolutely love Hope Lutheran School! Both of our kids go here, and we couldn’t be happier with the amazing staff, the incredible principal, and the wonderful families we’ve met. We never planned on choosing a private school, but we’re so glad we did. The care, support, and sense of community at Hope Lutheran make it such a special place.

I can’t say enough about Hope Lutheran School in Glendora and how truly grateful we are to be part of the Hope family. My children, who are in first grade and preschool, absolutely love going to school every day. The nurturing environment fosters both faith and education, allowing them to grow spiritually and academically. It’s heartwarming to see how seamlessly faith is integrated into their daily learning.Principal Nguyen is truly amazing—her leadership and dedication ensure that students are not only well-prepared academically but also encouraged to lead a joy-filled Christian life. The school hosts wonderful events throughout the year that bring families together and teach children the importance of serving God and one another.Another aspect we love is the daycare program, where the caring staff provides one-on-one homework assistance. Many thanks to Ms. Ellie and Mrs. Roberta for their kindness and dedication—they go above and beyond to support the students, making a positive impact every day. This extra support has made a huge difference in keeping our kids engaged and excited about learning.We feel incredibly blessed to be part of this school community and highly recommend Hope Lutheran to any family looking for a Christ-centered, supportive, and enriching educational experience!

We've been at this school since late 2019.. I could not be happier! It's like a 2nd family. The staff and teachers are caring, respectful, generous, easy to communicate with, compassionate and just so great! I've suggested this school to many friends and family over the years, so grateful for Hoe honestly!

My daughter has been at Hope since Kindergarten. I choose Hope because of the small, quaint and personal classrooms. I did not want my daughter to be lost in the crowd. What Hope has given me is a child that is so well-rounded, polite, empathetic and intelligent. Each grade we think we have met the greatest teacher ever - as they teach from the heart. Even as a kindergartner the 8th grade teachers knew who my daughter was. This was not only a strong faith based community, but also a very diverse extended family. My daughter has learned not only the subjects taught, but also compassion and sincerity. I highly recommend this school!

As I pondered on how to review this amazing school, one word kept coming to mind repeatedly…… HOPE…..that is just what this school has brought into my child’s life. He began as a preschooler at Hope and fell in love with the school and its teachers from the start. He was enveloped by patience, kindness and love through his many struggles in his journey socially and emotionally. This has helped give him a strong foundation of not just character but also of faith. He has witnessed faith in action in the lives of those who serve there. Academically, too, he has made great strides. He is always encouraged and challenged to grow to his full potential in all subject areas. I feel incredibly blessed that my child wakes up each morning and is eager and excited to go to school. He, along with the rest of my family are grateful to call Hope our school and church.

My daughter left a public school in 5th grade to join the Hope family. She was accepted by her peers and felt instantly loved by the teachers and staff.

I have two students at Hope. Hope is a wonderful school where the needs of our children are met on a daily basis. My son who has a learning disability is thriving at Hope! The Hope community is a family where my children feel that they are loved.

My children have been students at Hope Lutheran since Kinder. Hope is a blessing to us. They have helped our children become loving, respectful and we'll-rounded. The staff is sincere, well educated, and very involved in all aspects of the school. The curriculum is advanced and for those struggling, focused to help them. We love Hope Lutheran and would not have our children anywhere else.

I'm very happy with Hope L School. Staff and Teachers are very professional and welcoming. It's amazing how they all know each student on campus by their names! They keep track level by level with their students and help them succeed. I'm very proud of my daughter's educational outcome so far and hoping to keep her till 8th grade if economy still helps us :) I do wish the school grows more in construction and keep its great academic level . I recommend it to everyone looking for a good school.

Very nice campus, parking / drop off is easy, kids love their school, teachers have been wonderful. Small school, nice playground, Outstanding programs and events. Parents remain very involved and it shows here!
