Fair. Moved child to a Catholic School where he became a straight A student.

Staff at from the office are not friendly and accommodating. I came in and one of the staff continue talking and laughing with another visitor. She does not even look at me or ask what I need so I have to make gestures for her attention. I left the item and said thank you but she does not respond or acknowledge I was even there. So rude. I work hard and pay my taxes too. She's so offensive.

Overall my experience has been ok. However, I feel that this school lacks in the area of children with special needs. My child has been diagnosed with ADHD, and is currently being evaluated for Autism. Instead of understanding and being patient, the staff is very quick to jump at my son and not take into consideration that his disability can be affecting his choices. I don't think my child is an angel by any means, I know he makes some choices that are not part of his diagnosis. But I feel that every time he makes any type of poor choice he reamed over it and not understood. I think some training in this area for the teachers would be great. I also, think that the staff over exaggerates on some things they call "poor choices" and they give inappropriate consequences. I think they sometimes forget that kids are just that, kids. My son lost recess for a whole week because he was chasing girls and roaring at them (they were playing dinosaurs) And he scared the girls. They ran to the teacher and said they asked him to stop and he wouldn't. So without questioning the situation the teacher took his recess away for a week. I received an email from the teacher saying exactly what happened.I mean, come on, a week? That's a little ridiculous. A more appropriate response would be to ask him to stop and if he doesn't sit him out for that recess only. Needles to say, they have kinks to work out.

This school is awesome! From the principal to every teacher they seem to have a team effort and true compassion for what they are doing! My son is in 2nd grade and every year we think we couldn't get a better teacher and we do! I honestly couldn't rate this school any higher. They are also great at allowing parents to be involved with their kids education and I believe that helps everyone. If you have the opportunity to attend this school you will be extremely happy with your choice in my opinion.

This school is a one in a million! My children have been attending Marshall Ranch since Kindergarten. Their school experiences have been nothing but stellar. All 4 of my boys have been encouraged to reach their potential! The teachers with their unique talents have provided an enriched learning environment that has stimulated their love for learning. The administration team Mrs. Hobbs and Mr. Chagolla have each students' best interest. They lead with compassionate but yet instill great strengths of character. My family thanks the wonderful community of Marshall Ranch!

My family loves Marshall Ranch! I currently have four children who attend Marshall Ranch, and they love coming to school here. The teachers are friendly and helpful, and my kids really enjoy being in their classes. There is a very family-oriented, close-knit feeling at this school. Teachers not only know their students, but the students' siblings and families. I like the admin team here. I think they work well together. Mrs. Hobbs and Mr. Chagolla are a great combo. Not too harsh, not to submissive; they balance each other well.Overall, there is a really great environment at this school. The teachers care about the kids, not only academically, but personally too. There is a great overall staff.I would highly recommend Marshall Ranch to families looking for the best educational foundation for their kids.

Our son has attended Marshall Ranch since first grade and it has been a wonderful experience! His teachers have always been outstanding, the administrators run a tight ship and promote excellence in academics and behavior. The campus is always clean and looks beautiful. The PTSO is very active and supportive, and has done a lot for our students. We will miss Marshall Ranch when our son moves to the high school next year, but at least he's been very well prepared. We appreciate all the time and effort his teachers have spent over the years turning him into the bright, responsible and hardworking student he is today.

Both my kids attend Marshall Ranch and we have had a great experience so far. The teachers are so dedicated and put in a great deal of their own time and money to make sure the students have everything they need in order to succeed. I love the reinforcement of discipline policies and the overall diversity that Marshall Ranch has to offer.

My daughter has been going to Marshall Ranch since pre-school and is in 3rd grade now. She started early due to a speech delay. My daughter and I love this school and the staff. She has had some amazing teachers. The gals in the office are very nice and helpful. We have never had any serious issues that would ever have us considering changing schools. I would highly recommend this school to anyone !!

I moved my daughter here from another school 2 years ago. She has thrived since she has been here. The staff and teachers are tough, but fair. The education she is getting has been excellent. She is a child that needs to be challenged academically and her teachers recognized that right away. My daughter is also involved in sports and has really enjoyed participating athletically at Marshall Ranch.

Our son has had excellent caring teachers from 1st grade through 8th grade. They have provided a safe environment where all he has had to do was apply himself to the school work and extracurricular activities! I believe that the Marshall Ranch staff has helped guide him towards future success throughout high school, college, whatever he chooses to do in the future. I would like to thank all of the staff for making his elementary education a positive experience! !!

It is so difficult to find a stress-free school, but Marshall Ranch is such a school. My son, a second-grader, looks forward to attending school everyday. He has a caring and wonderful teacher. Her organizational skills, preparation, and devotion motivate students to excel. My son also had an excellent First Grade teacher his first year at Marshall Ranch. My second-grader also loves his special area teachers, especially his music teacher. He tells me that he plays different instruments in class and enjoys this opportunity. He also loves his library/computer teacher who introduces students to great authors and allows them to log onto raz-kids.com, a computer program that involves reading books on the computer and taking quizzes for points. This is a highly motivating program to get kids reading independently and can be accessed from home. I have another son who will attend full day Kindergarten, tuition free, at Marshall Ranch next year thanks to the Override. I have heard nothing but positive comments regarding Kindergarten teachers. My husband and I are excited that our son will be at Marshall Ranch next year with one of these fabulous Kindergarten teachers. As I frequently volunteer to help my son’s teacher with a few struggling students in a “Read Naturally” program, my appreciation for Marshall Ranch grows even more. This scripted program is simple to follow and allows volunteers to feel useful in helping a child read at his/her level. The reading specialist who is committed to working and training volunteers in the “Read Naturally” program has done a marvelous job. When I check in with the office to sign the volunteer book, the office staff is always pleasant. The principal and vice principal are very pleasant as well and greet all parents in a respectful manner. I then walk through the nurse’s office to head for my son’s classroom. The nurse is at the forefront of many activities for the campus and works closely with the PTSO, especially in organizing the school’s Spring Fun Fest (a great success). Marshall Ranch has a strong PTSO that works together to make sure that funds raised are used to support student activities and to purchase materials that will benefit students' education. Marshall Ranch is an outstanding school where together we make a positive difference in the lives of students.

This is such a GREAT school. My kids have been going to this school for 3yrs they love it. Yes they had to deal with some bullies but who doesn't? Teachers and principals are always friendly and willing to help if a problem occurs. I love how small it is that the office staff, principals, even the cafeteria workers know who my kids. My oldest will be finishing 8th grade this year and next year my youngest will start kinder at Marshall Ranch.
