This is such a great school. We moved around the country a lot and this is one of the best learning environments we've seen for our kids. There may not be a huge focus on raising the grades but a fun, healthy learning environment for the kiddos. The principal has done a great job in recognizing students for their achievements. They do need a new building though, there are a few classrooms that are open to the hallways.

Our experience with this school has been nothing short of amazing. My daughter has been attending for the past three years, and each year has only reinforced how much we value this institution. The teachers are not only skilled and passionate, but they truly care about each student's development..The school offers great programs like the Principal’s Math Club, which keeps students motivated and excited to learn. I highly recommend the school to any parent looking for a place where their child will thrive both academically and socially

I have a 3rd and 1st grader that have been at Rogers since kinder, and we absolutely love their school. They have had the best education, absolutely superb teachers, and constant fun all year round. They love going to school and that is an incredible blessing as a mom. The PTA is active and always working for the kids and teachers. And we have found so many involved and caring parents which leads to some wonderful kiddos. I’m grateful for the friendships my kids have, for the new knowledge they continually come home with, and for the peace I have with them at this school.

They have a bully problem and no one is dealing with! From the teacher to the principal! They don't care if your kid is being bullied!

I have had enough of this school and lack of leadership. They brag about innovation (all over twitter and everywhere else), but my kid came home with a worksheet packet titled project based garden project. As a former teacher, I know project based is far from a worksheet packet. My children are not learning, yet the principal does nothing but empty promises. We need better.

10 out of 10. We have 2 daughters that go here and the teachers and staff are wonderful and LOVE the kids... ALL OF THEM. I have watchdog'ed there several times and see the love the teachers have for each of these kids, its amazing!

Prior leadership, while old school style, was more consequent in handling difficulties with students and focusing on progression. Current leadership is more focused on appearance and pleasing parents. Students are not the prime focus. Overall the school has plenty of room for improvement and truly becoming a team that leads by example. Currently I see the school trending down and not in favor of the students. I hope the leadership will wake up and accept that there are things that have to be addressed and improved. The school is in a great location and has all it needs to strive at its best.

My daughter started Kindergarten last year, and she loves it! I love that it's a neighborhood school with no kids being bused in, and the Principal, Susie Nesmith, is the best! She is visible every day and interacts with the parents and kids. She listens to our concerns and acts to make them better. I love everything about the school and feel very safe and comfortable! I hope to stay here all the way through 5th grade!

This is our first year at Rogers; My son is in first grade. The first grade teacher team is amazing! So is the rest of the staff they support the kids in every area of learning. My son told me the other day after we just got into the car; Mom, "I love my school!" He never complains about home work because they make it enter active and fun! The Principal Mrs. Nesmith is such a great leader! All teachers I've met, even walking through the halls are very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better school or staff. Thank You to all the staff for making it one of the best schools in Frisco!

Rogers is amazing!! My daughter went to a charter school last year and struggled... we moved to Rogers this past year and she thrived! She started as a struggling reader, and became above level... and she loves to read now. She can tell you many amazing details about things that she learned in science (still, in July), and did great in math. They have an amazing art program that she loved as well! My son starts kinder this year, and I cannot wait to see how great he does. I could go on and on!

My daughter thrives here. She comes home excited about everything she is learning and doing. The teachers are awesome. The principal and assistant principal rock! This is a true neighborhood school with parents helping out with everything.
