My daughter is in love with her teacher! She also raves about the entire staff. How nice the teachers are. She was very nervous about kindergarten, so we were shocked how happy she is. We originally wanted to go the private school route, but chose mcspedden based on past performance. So we’re impressed. The principal and faculty seem very organized. Extremely well managed school. Every day we’re greeted by the most optimistic teacher who loves to compliment students on their way into class. Whatever they’re doing, I hope they keep it up. It’s the best school in the district (in my opinion).

Full of kids who love to learn, where teachers are passionate (just google the multiple profiles of their fantastic efforts) and administration is strategically guiding all to the future (ensure school test site for extra recess, etc.). THE BEST!

I would hate to be a struggling student at this school. Test scores are highest in the district due to a mostly affluent Asian population. Teachers do not offer after school tutoring to those students who struggle because their test scores are great anyway.

Our child cried yesterday, on the last day of school because she would miss her teachers...WOW! The majority of the kids were running out the door and she walks out hugging her Math teacher in tears. I rate it excellent and the only reason we're staying in the neighborhood one more year.

You can’t argue with the data - this school is teaching our children well.Reference on this page that this school bring a Top 50 ranking is due to the Asian population of the School is extremely troublesome and simply false if you want to look at facts. The data points on this page alone show that isn’t true. Caucasians and other demographic groups at the school are performing at the same levels or better depending on subject level. This is due to the culture of learning being fun, great teacher and Administration.

Ok. But not terrific. Teachers lack passion. They show lack of patience and at times are insensitive to individual needs.

I moved from NYC to Frisco, and luckily my kids ended up this school. The teachers, principal and staff is amazing! Usually when people move from East coast, the general impression is the school in Texas is not challenging enough...but this is not the case for us. My kids have to work hard to keep up with the standards of this school. The emphasis on homework is not much.... as teachers spend a lot of time and effort with kids in school. Awesome school!!!

Absolutely no leadership at the top level in this school. The principal(Ms.Singh) in this school clearly favors the PTA and the school is run by certain parents and teachers. It is so obvious and no one can deny it. If there is an issue/problem, all that the principal will say is we will take care and nothing will happen. If you are looking for diversity in this school, look elsewhere. There is no diversity. The teacher parent communication is poor. All that the parents get is a standard weekly newsletter. If you want to know how qualified the teachers are at this school, speak to the last 2 years 4th/5th grade parents. Also look at the number of houses on sale in the last 2 yrs and people moving out of the subdivisions feeding this particular school. Extremely disappointed with this school and happy to move out.
