This school has been very positive for our children. Our students have homework and get feedback from teachers quickly. I love that this school is an AVID school because I know that this helps all students.

Bullying is bad. Pulled my daughter out. And she was on the honor roll. School claims no problem with bully's but yet after we pulled our daughter out, we found 4-5 more families with the same issues. SAME BULLY'S. The same bully assaulted my daughter, and I finally called the police. The vice principle is worthless, and after being at the school 2-3 times a week, the day we pulled her out, we finaly met the principle. She is NEVER there . My daughter also fell down a flight of concrete steps at 8 am. I was no called and did not know till school was out. Sprained ankle and shoulder. No calls and the assistant nurse made no notes in her file. HORRID BAD BAD SCHOOL. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR CHILD THERE .....

My child has had straight f's from 1st all the way through 8th grade. This has been brought to the attention of the principal, the assistant principle, counselors....you name it, asking for help for her so many times I can't count and not a single person has ever stepped forward to do a thing about it. Worst schools I have ever been a part of. My other child, straight A's, was asked if he could be tutored after school. When I asked them if they had my children confused, they actually had the nerve to tell me, they want the higher grading students in tutoring since they are the ones that improve the school scores!!! Pathetic!

The principal, staff and students have worked hard to increase student achievement and it shows. They are doing a great job!

The school has an excellent principal and dedicated teachers. The have recently won a national award. They do have challenges due to high amount of free and reduced students.

Amazing things are happening at the Ft. Lupton Middle School. Somehow, they are managing classes during a massive renovation project - cheerfully! Kudos to the fantastic principal, Mrs. Kensinger and all the teachers and staff. Max, the secretary knows every kid personally. This is a wonderful place!

There is very poor communication. The teachers do not try to contact the students parents if there is a problem. The administration in the building, over half of the time, do not know what is going on. The staff does not care about the students at ALL. When the students try to tell the teachers what is going on they shut the students down. There is a huge problem with bullying in the school also Students to Students AND Teachers to Student. They do not try to find out what the true problem is the just go on hear-say.
