Brighton is the worst school I could possibly ask for

Brighton is a super bad school. We barely get paid any money every year and we have little training. THANK GOD THIS SCHOOL SHUT DOWN TWO YEARS AGO!

My child is in 4th grade at Brighton Schools. She has been a student with them since she was in preschool. We have always found that the smaller student/teacher ratio has allowed our daughter to have the specialized attention that she may not get in a larger class. Brighton also offers classes that may be lacking in the public schools. Such as Art, Music, Spanish, and P.E. We feel that Brighton offers a well rounded education in a safe environment with a staff that has become nothing less than family. I would highly recommend Brighton Schools!

Brighton's cohesive team is engaged, positive, professional, effective and on top of their game! Students thrive here! In addition to leading, individualized academic results, the kids' brains are stretched creatively through a high end, quality arts and music program as well as an awesome immersion Spanish program.

My child has been at Brighton for 8 years now, starting at 8 months old and now in Ms. Piper's 3rd grade class. I cannot say enough about my experience with the school/staff. When it came time to go back to work after maternity leave it worried me to no end thinking about strangers watching my baby! How could ANYONE care for my baby like I would? We explored just about every daycare option and toured every facility that met our standards. Without a doubt the Brighton on Levy blew the competition out of the water. There were cheaper options but let me tell you....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The staff is incredible - the facilities are clean, bright, and filled with fantastic staff members. As a first time mom, I learned so many tips and techniques and felt at ease leaving my newborn in their care. I cried like a baby myself when it came time for the first "full day" but seeing my child in the loving arms of Miss Ruby (with a smiling face) when I returned instantly settled me. My child has had the BEST teachers who go above and beyond for their kids. Because of the low staff to child ratio the teachers aren't overwhelmed, get adequate break time, and lots of support administration. We had originally planned to put our child in public school for kindergarten because why wouldn't we? Folsom has amazing top rated public grade schools. When it came down to it, after we researched what our child would have access to in the public school system compared to Brighton it was a no brainer. Our child is now a 3nd grader at Brighton. The amount of one on one individualized teaching is incredible. The extras you get at Brighton are unbeatable: Spanish class (starting as soon as they can talk), music, art, PE, incredible field trips (you wouldn't believe all of the enriching places they get go), 2 snacks and lunch included, numerous before and after school programs and HOMEWORK CLUB (a big time saver for working parents and kids involved in after school sports). The overall security on the campuses is comforting - locked gates, keypad with individual codes to enter the building, and fingerprint child checkin/checkout. My child has loved every teacher and we have had 100% confidence in their abilities. I would recommend Brighton to any parent who is looking for the absolute best care for their child. I am speaking from 8 years of experience with this school.

As a parent sending their first child to Kindergarten, I had a tough time choosing a school. Half way through the year, I now know that decision should have been a no-brainer. I truly feel that Brighton has been the best choice for my son. He has grown so much in such a short time. This is no doubt to the full day Kindergarten with its small ratios and specials (Spanish, Music, Art and PE), which has given him much more than we could ever have hoped for from a traditional 3-hour public school kindergarten. The staff has been amazing! My wife and I feel that we are an equal part of the team with the teachers as well as administration. Everyone is always smiling and makes us feel welcome each time we enter the building. Seeing how excited my son is to go to school each day, knowing that he is safe, respected and challenged academically, and hearing about all the fulfilling experiences he had when I pick him up, gives me great confidence in recommending Brighton s Private Elementary with the highest regard.

My daughter is currently in Kindergarten and it's just amazing to see how much she has grown, academically and socially. It's about every day where my husband and I look at each other in amazement regarding what my daughter is learning that day as we do not remember our Kindergarten class having us memorize poems or do addition, etc. Her teachers are very hands-on and very approachable. They will come to us with any concern they may have as they are looking out for our daughter. The monthly field trips have been great and applies to what they are learning at that time. I spend some time in the classroom every week and the children are well-behaved, respectful and very positive to their classmates. I can see the excitement and commitment the Spanish, art, music and PE teachers have towards the children. The school staff are always asking for our feedback regarding events they host and ways to improve the school. It is a great community of people that are focused on caring for/teaching our children. We compared the costs of a local public school and Brighton and it came out equal when you consider that you have to pay for field trips, school supplies, snacks/lunches and other dues.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the teachers and staff. My son is currently in the first grade and my daughter will attend Kindergarten when she is old enough. I feel lucky to have my son in such a wonderful school! He loves it and there is a real feeling of community! I consider the tuition some of the best money we have spent. There is art, music, Spanish, field trips and teachers that truly care about every student. I would say such a combination is almost impossible to find. If you want the very best for your child then Brighton is the place.

Brighton Elementary is a fabulous school for a child to excel academically, and grow as a well rounded caring person. The staff is lovely and professional, continually striving to do their best with the children's best interest considered first. My child's teacher is loving and experienced. The teacher knows where to push academic skills, and where to give extra help when needed. On top of high quality academics, art, music, and language, they also teach and practice character development. The teacher/child ratio is 1:12 in my child's class, and her classmates are all bright, well behaved children. Brighton is well worth the added expense.

My kids have been going to Brighton for 5 years. I love everything about Brighton. I have great relationships with the teachers and other staff members. My kids love going to school which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend Brighton to anyone looking for child care or education.

My daughter has been going to Brighton since she was 3, and she is now in 2nd grade. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this school. The curriculum is excellent and the teachers are truly committed to educating children in a challenging but friendly and caring environment. Communication with teachers and staff has always been effortless, and Brighton provides many extras that public schools do not -- music, art, Spanish -- and they even offer after-school private music lessons and Tai Kwon Do. Everything Brighton does is top notch and I highly recommend this school!
