I love this school! The teachers are extremely qualified and a large number of them have over 20 years experience. You will not find a better Christian atmosphere in any Christian school in the area. The people there love the Lord and the Bible is the foundation for all other academics and activities. As far as other comments on here, it's east to complain and be ugly. The truth is, this is where your student needs to be if you want them to have a biblical worldview and a great learning environment.

This is the most rigged wanna be private school ever. The teachers don’t know how to teach and most of them aren’t even qualified to teach. They treat their students terrible and they let students bully each other. If you want a good Christian school with actual qualified teachers this isn’t the place for you. DON’T SEND UR KIDS HERE!

This school has went down in christian values, especially now, having these scholarship kids attend this school. These public school kids are not welcome here. I have sacrificed financially, for my child, to get away from public school kids. Now, they get to come free to school!! while, I pay all this money to be here! For what?! and the staff, especially! The principal!! Is extra nice to these Scholarship kids!! While my kid gets no attention!! just simply! Disgust me. How they are here, ruining this schools reputation!!! By stealing food from the cafeteria. My child has witnessed this behavior, them stuffing their pockets with chips, and snacks. Nothing is done about this by the staff!! Well, it just upsets me to see them here!!! I am moving my child from this school as soon as I can!!!

My son attended this school's preschool 4K program. The childcare/daycare side is run by the childcare director and the K5-K12 of course by the principal. My son's teacher barely communicated his progress outside of the unsatisfactory marks she sent him home with and with very little feedback given. These teachers aren't required to be certified. It was only 4k so I didn't make a huge deal about it. Ultimately, we were kicked out of the 4k program on 5/17/23, TWO days before the last day bc I called his teacher out on not providing my son with the same supplies the other students received. My concern was basically dismissed by the teacher and the director was upset I told the teacher she was wrong and was an example of things to look out for in the future. *I.e. a teacher feeling comfortable with leaving certain students out.* This then led to me being told "you obviously were not happy with your kid being here so you can just go get his stuff." All in front of my 5 year old. There were only 2 days left. It was petty, unfair and hurtful to my child. They used my child to hurt me and it worked. I as a parent never felt welcome at this school but my son liked and it's not about me. I kept quiet and paid his tuition. AS SOON AS I challenged them on something they exercised their power to kick out us out. Makes me feel like they wanted to do it all along. A huge disappointment and such a poor example of a "Christian" school. We basically had to beg for our son to rightfully be able to attend his last day and be able to say bye to his friends. The principal from K5-K12 seemed more reasonable and did apologize for how things transpired. The childcare director, not so much. Don't send your child here.

Please do not send your kids here. If you are not members of their church you are an outsider. The education at this school is very poor. Most teachers are not qualified to teach and have no formal education to do so. The best thing I did was removed my children from this establishment and send them to a school that more in line with a higher education and Christian values. Stay away from this place!!!

This is an unfit and unsafe environment for children and honestly families in general. There are amazing Christian schools out there where your children can thrive and grow in a safe and educational environment Maranatha however is not one of those locations.

This is my school and I love it! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Some of these reviews say it is lacking academically but I have yet to see what they are talking about. I have seen MANY kids come to our school after being in a public school and struggle at first because we were ahead academically. They don't stay like that for long. The teachers make sure of it. This will be my 11th year going to this school and I am so greatful for a school whose #1 priority is teaching us about God and helping us throughout the Christian walk. Also the sports programs are wonderful! I've played sports with this school every year since 1st grade. In fact we hold many titles people don't even know about! Point blank you should check us out and give it a try! You won't regret it!
