Terrible administration. No regard for student safety. My child has assaulted and the administration knew and DID NOT TELL ME! I had to eventually confront the administration in person before they would even breath a word about it. Sick.

Needs to get the new principal out she just made the meaning of school even more boring than it already is. And she only cares about herself. NOT THE STUDENTS.

It is overall ok, and just OK. Some kids are nice and kind. While some, hmmm, let's just say they are EXTREMELY toxic. They would bully you in any way possible. Again, most of the students are not mean. But there are some mean people there. This school can be a good school, the only thing bad about it is the toxicity and attitude among some students.

Extremely unprofessional, rude and unresponsive environment from the top down. A very lackadaisical administration bleeds through to every aspect of the school that I have witnessed.

I love this school, I've Been to Timrod and Royall. Royall was the worst school ever, and it's just a good feeling to be away from the terrible things at that school. Overall, Sneed is indeed Simply the best#SimplyTheBest

a 2/10, Students are not paid close enough attention to and average class sizes are more like 23-24 per teacher.

One year of experience with someone at school has not been pleasant with issues of students waiting outside in the morning waiting for school to open, with standardized testing and bullying issues!!

Your experience at Sneed largely depends on the teachers your child recieves; some are kind, some rude, and some are nice, but don't care much about the children. I also think the issue goes both ways -- a lot of parents don't understand just how horrible middle school children can be. They wear the staff down, and someone that might've been caring and considerate is writing up one kid twice a week. If your child is struggling in a subject (or worse, more than one), they will most likely only struggle more -- although some teachers are very helpful on this, and are happy to do extra tutoring. It all depends on the luck of the draw. On the other hand, if your child excels in school, they will lack challenges. Unless they take the initiative on their own, which we all isn't likely from a seventh or eighth grader.
