Wow! What a great school! We are one month in and have been so impressed with this school. The administration is warm and welcoming (great orientation programs), the counselors are caring and helpful, and the teachers are inspiring, engaging, and passionate. Having come from an "elite" private school, the academics and community at JP Case are beyond compare. The classes are rigorous and challenging and the environment is caring and nurturing. The arts, music, and sports programs are wonderful. Although the outside of the building might look stark, what you will find inside is a beautiful, clean school filled with people who truly care about your child (their auditorium is state of the art). If you live in this sending district, consider yourself lucky.

My daughter had an amazing time at JP Case. Coming from outside district just a couple years prior, we were impressed with all the school offers. The competitive chorus instructors and music program was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for more for my child.

I am a student in the 8th grade. The school has great academics but the world language department doesn't do well in us knowing how to speak a language outside of class. The science department is ok just some teachers aren't the greatest. Language arts department is fine just some teachers don't prepare students for writing in the 8th grade. Furthermore, the math and social studies teachers are pretty well at this academic institution. To add on, the gym teachers are very kind and understanding. This school is a music and theatre kid's dream. Not only we have orchestra, band and chorus. We have advanced ensembles like Tigerettes, chorale, symphony orchestra and jazz ensemble. They also have a spring musical and a drama club which students can participate in. They have a well funded fine arts department because they have multiple art clubs and two different art classes a student will take through their two years here. They have a good tech department with two highly qualified teachers and clubs such as robotics. This school lacks in food. The lunch is free due to the covid pandemic but the food is a hit or miss. The lunch staff is very short staffed and they don't have any al a carte options because of that. To add on the nurses are amazing there but they don't have any over the counter medications for allergies >:(. the culture and athletics are high and tons of kids participate in athletics and school spirit. The school offers tons of fun things throughout the year and 8th graders get a class trip to Hershey park. The administration is great they try to get to know the students well. So does guidance, they also offer mental health support and have a good cst case worker team. The downsides of this school are the kids. These kids are a mixed bag. They have kind kids don't get me wrong but there is some kids that are extremely rude, disgusting, racist, homophobic and overall terrible people. The school has a somewhat hostile social media environment. The school tries their best to stop bullying and harassment and they preach kindness a lot. Some kids say they don't care and do stuff that hurts others. They also have a good special education team which will help your child succeed in school and life. Before you move here make sure your careful around the popular kids and don't snitch they will hate you for it.

JP Case is a great school that fosters excellence in academics. The teachers are strict and expect a lot but are also supportive of the students. My daughter has had a great learning experience at this school and really likes her teachers, principal and administrative staff. We feel the administration is open to student ideas and promotes student involvement. If you don't like to work hard this school might be difficult for you but if you apply yourself and expect to be challenged and want to excel in all subjects this is a great school. You will be prepared for high school. Highly recommend.

I love JPcase. I'm an 8th grade student and i'm really going to miss it. the teachers here are awesome because they're so nice and funny. theyre all fair graders and will always help you in tutorial or homeroom if youre falling behind. the students in my grade are so nice. i dont kniw about your grade, but the kids here are so nice. there are always the bullies but this school has maybe 2. not even. there arent really any cliques and everyone is friends with anyone. the school is really simple to understand once you're in it for a week. but since it's one of 5 schools going iinto hcrhs you'll meet alot of new friends. since jpcase is a smaller school youll know every single person in your grade which rocks! if you have these teachers youre lucky: mr. assinni, mr. blay, mr. tasker watch out if you have these teachers: mrs. kodidek, mrs.assinni, mr. kosensky have fun and youll love jpcase!
