    I have had 2 children go to this school, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff loves and respects their students. They go out of their way to make sure the students' emotional needs are taken care of. Academics are good for a small school and it's all hands in desks to create a learning environment that effectively reaches the students where they are at. They have free after school tutoring M-Th that is housed by their teaching staff. This helped my son in math and now he's at the high school doing great in his math class. My daughter is in advanced math and is so engaged because she is challenged at her level. So this proves that this school meets students where they are at. I am so pleased with our Flat Rock experience.

    I go to this school and im in 8th grade. Ive gone to Flat Rock since 3rd grade and they are very good schools. Everything is taught very well except for 7th grade science. Mostly everyone always fails that class. I made it out of their with a C-
