Failed to teach my son to read, write, or do math, even after countless meetings with teachers and administration over the years. Knowing my son wasn't ready they pushed him forward to the next grade level despite being asked to retain him. He tested at a first grade level when entering the 3rd grade. After Kumon tutoring and a new school, my son is now reading and doing math at grade level. Flat Rock does not care about its students and was ready to let my son fall through the cracks.

A small community school with heart and character. The staff's priority is the students' well being and education. Students are made to feel loved and safe. And because of that , they can learn their academics without worry. Awesome experience.

I have three kids in flat rock schools, theyve beengoing since 2004 and I cant imagine sending them somewhere else. We moved 30 mins away 4 yrs ago and I drive them to school everyday! Love the teachers and staff, never had any problems! Highly recommend this school unless you're riff raff then stay away!!:)
