The school and staff don't take any complaints seriously. I pulled my kids out of this school and they will not be returning. they don't take bullying seriously.

My experience as a parent at Souder Elementary is horrible. The principal, Ms.Little and the assistant principal do not care about the bullying happening at the school. My son has been bullied by a couple of the students that have also bullied other students not just my son. The reason I know this is because I've spoken with the other parents and they also said the same kids that are bullying my son have bullied their child. Every time I've gone to speak with Ms.little she argues and interrupts me. It's gotten to the point where they giggle infront of me while I cry and express my concerns as a parent. They threatened with banning me from the school if I continue to show up to the front office with out an appointment. I've called the school district and the guy that showed up is a good personal friend of Ms.little. Calling the school district back fired on me. I did let the principal know my son will be going to another school next year. I thank God the end of the school year is approaching. This school has it all, horrible education, horrible disciplinary actions against bullies and a horrible principal.

It is a great safe environment for my kids. Teachers are very welcoming and they listened and acted on my concerns. I'm very happy with the school.
