TERRIBLE SCHOOL. My children are special needs and one of my children got hit in the face by another student. The school isn't coming up with a solution for the future so I came up with one. My children need to be in a Special Education program or have a one-on-one helper (specialist that specializes in their disability). So far, the only thing they accomodated for them was put them on a bus so they don't have to walk a mile to get to school, which I had to threaten a lawsuit because KKI and a Dr said it's a safety concern if they aren't on the bus and middlesex tried making us wait 3 months which turned into 2 days after i mentioned a lawsuit. (BTW they do not have a special education program and no one in the school knows anything about Autism.)

Both of my children went here the 2015-2016 school year and it was excellent you can see how much the teachers and staff truly cared about the students my children had a great experience. This school year thank you middlesex elementary school teachers and staff! !

Regardless of community changes, there are still some wonderful parents and the school has high expectations for the children.

This school is no longer the wonderful place that it was years ago when I moved here almost 16 years ago. Most of the teachers and staff are caring and work extremely hard for your child but the community has changed. You can see this when you go to drop or pick your child up. Parents involved in completely inappropriate conversations with foul language. This is a shame for us parents who raise our children to have respect and manners when they are dismissed into a crowd with adults who have seem to lost theirs or who never had any in the first place. What a shame this wonderful neighborhood and school has turned into. The fact that the old blue ribbon from a decade ago still hangs on the front of the school should prove as a reminder of what was and without family involvement will never be again.
