- Submitted by parent on March 05, 2024Most students are elementary level, but there are also several students from grades 6-12. My student is currently a 10th grader with some learning challenges. We really appreciate the strong support offered by the teachers and administrators at Gateway. We are able to customize my son's learning in terms of curriculum and schedule. There are Mon. and Wed. in-person sessions that are optional and allow the students to socialize with their teachers and each other. The teachers coordinate fun activities and field trips - way more than the students get in the traditional schools! Parents receive a stipend to use for curriculum and supplies as well as some extracurriculars such as music lesson, art lessons, cooking lessons, and even rock climbing! The teachers and administrators keep you on track and step in to assist with any challenges that arise. When our traditional school was falling short, Gateway was there for us.
