- Submitted by student on March 12, 2018I loved this school so much. It built a great structure in my childhood and also prepared me well for middle school. This school is very open to helping the kids move to different levels, no matter what grade you are in. The teachers there are so friendly and helpful. They deal with bullying well, (although there isn't a lot of bullying because the kids are taught to be respectful, kind, and loving) This school was an amazing experience and I definitely wish there was a Montessori Middle School. (FIVE STARS)
- Submitted by teacher on August 24, 2013Our daughter graduated from Durango Montessori last year after spending all but her first grade year there. We are so pleased with her experience and how well she has transitioned to middle school. She felt loved, respected, and appreciated for her individuality. Academically she is well prepared and confident. I couldn't ask for better school memories. I can also speak to my experience as a teacher at DMS. I have loved every year at our school and appreciate the quality and experience our teachers bring to each day with our children.
